Review of ReGeneris Spa from 17 January 2013

On arrival i was greeted nicely and offered water. My beautician was very professional in the treatment that was given to myself, although a bit rough!!. I opted to have a manicure after my massage. The manicure wasn't very professional (IE they didn't have a massage chair with foot bath attached) but the end results were good. However trying to contact this salon is a nightmare!! no one ever answers or calls you back. I have booked a friend in for a treatment as they were doing an offer and regret this as the communication is very bad. As a qualified beautician we are taught that good communication should be practised as its word of mouth that help our business to thrive. would i come here again?... probably not!!

Review of ReGeneris Spa from 1 December 2012

I had a wonderful treatment at ReGeneris Spa. I had a dead sea mud package and it was very good. I extended my package to include a manicure and bought another rasul lava package. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and they have a lot of treatments on offer. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

i went to regeneris spa today for a spa pamper package. i saw it on their website and decided to book it in. i read a review on this site after booking and i was a bit worried but i can say that im absolutely glad that i went in. the treatment was realy nice, so relaxing and my skin felt great and so soft. i am so happy that i ignored this review and went along anyway to give them a try. i would really recommend this place.

Having booked to go into this spa day recently I was very disappointed that they were running 50 minutes late for my appointment and then my 90 minute package lasted under 60 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone- very disappointed with the service and staff were not particulary friendly or apologetic which made the whole thing more annoying

Review of ReGeneris Spa from 16 May 2012

I was very disappointed with the service I received from ReGeneris Spa. I had an appointment on a hot sunny Tuesday in April 2012 and was looking forward to a lovely massage and facial. On arrival the lady on reception said I was unable to have my treatment as 2 therapists did not turn up for work that day (most probably due to the good weather). I was so disappointed especially as I had travelled all the way from Essex to Blackheath!

I have been in contact with Groupon and will receive credit for the same value I paid, so I can now book another treatment with a more professional Spa!
