WOW,what an experience. Both Hair and beauty side. I have been seeing Shelley for the last few treatments on my hair. What a real sweetie, but an exceptional stylist, my hair has never looked so good and I have had the confidence to make some changes to my usual boring style. This I wouldnt have been able to do if I didnt have total trust and confidence in her.

Simply the best massage I have ever had. Lauren is a beautiful girl, exceptional customer service skills and it was a fab massage as well. I suffer pains in my neck and shoulders from continuously tucking the phone under my chin and holding it up with my shoulder. I have never felt so good since having a couple of sessions with Lauren, pain has now gone and I feel totally relaxed. The 40% introductory offer is a real saving. I have also had a foot pedicure, it was fantastic and the painting of my toe nails looked great and lasted well, quality Jessica products are used. Thank you Lauren for making me feel so much better.

Wow what great service from beginning to end! I have loved every experience I have had at Outshine to date and always leave feeling like a new women. Not only does the salon look fantastic but the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I could not recomend visiting this salon enough and I know that many of my friends feel the same. Outshine hair and beauty is a fabulous salon where you receive top class service from the moment you walk through the door. I experienced a lovely head massage while having my hair washed followed by a beautifully brewed cup of tea and biscuit. Shelly has cut my hair for many years now and never dissapoints. The salon is modern and immacuate and the whole experience was fantastic, one of which I will certainly be doing again and recommending to all my friends.

Outshine is just the best place to get your hair done as it is relaxing and friendly and easy to get to. Shelly has done my hair for many years now and she just does an amazing job every time. If you need an hour or two to relax and unwind then Outshine is the place to go…it is a real treat

I felt my whole experience in the salon was first class, from as soon as I walked in the door. The little touches of offering tea / coffee etc, magazines and either hand or head massage. Fantastic service and I love my hair.

Outshine is a gorgeous, stylish new salon! Everything is immaculate and well taken care of. I have been to Shelly to get my hair done for almost 10 years now and have always been incredibly pleased with the result and the exceptional service I have received from her.
I went to Outshine about 2 weeks ago for the first time since it’s opening and had an amazing experience. I was served coffee whenever I wanted some, had a large selection of up to date magazines to browse through whilst my hair was setting and then during my hair being washed was treated to a lovely head massage!
A well recommended salon if you want to be treated like a star!

Shelly and her team have brought glamour to the village. Their attention to detail and lovely new salon are sensational. The spacious surroundings enable clients to relax, knowing that only the finest products will be used.Their first class skills , outstanding customer knowledge ensures continued client satisfaction. Free parking and a bus stop across the road give it another plus. Oh and I must I mention the cakes? A complete indulgence . More of a therapy than a hairdo!

The ambience and style of the salon is fantastic. Nice, clean and modern.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and really listen to what you want. The stylists experience real shines through as they have plenty of suggestions based on your requirements.
PS The coffee is excellent.

Portslade Old Village are very lucky to have such a brilliant new hair salon. Shelly has been cutting my hair for years and always does a great job (not easy with my hair!). She listens to what you want and is very professional and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Outshine highly enough.
