I booked a Taxi that neve showed up, due to it I arrived home from work 2h30 later. I take a taxi in a twice a day, every day because I'm working in Leeds for a short time. If you como to Leeds never take this company, they did not even had an explanation for it and they were not even very professional at the phone. I will recommend Amber cars.

This taxi firm is appalling. My first experience was being picked up at Leeds/Bradford airport. Having ordered the taxi at the office based their, I waited whilst people who had booked after me got their taxi's first. After going to complain in the office I was told we had been forgotten about. Once in the taxi, the driver proceeded to attempt to drive through the barrier system whilst the barrier was coming down. It hit the top of the taxi and he then drove off. Halfway home we were stopped by the police and the driver was removed to go and have a chat. On his return he informed us it was just a 'routine check'.

Over 3 years later I booked with them again. My taxi never turned up and when I rang to inquire where it was, I was told it was not logged on their system, thus I must not have rang. They said that they were extremely busy and could not get a taxi to me for an hour. After complaining about their disgusting services and informing them that I could show them my mobile call log to prove I had rang them, they sent a taxi within 5 minutes

Avoid like the plague

Don't use rip off try to over charge you at every opertunity try Amber Cars more cars cheaper and turn up

Iv been a loyal user of this firm for over 3 years and although i will have to wait longer for other firms to reach my house, id rather do that than give this place another penny.
On average i used them 5 times a week, sometimes up to twice a day and can say iv built up a fair understanding of 95% of the drivers mentalitys, which is ‘TO RIP YOU OFF’. The longer route, the extra street, the fake naivety and dillusionment when a more obvious, alternative route is noticed !—— Their determination to grab an extra 50p should not be underestimated and when you use them as often as i do it becomes excruitiating and ar eleft feeling resentful.
They are however well trained in how to disguise their intentions by offering you to choose your route (even when its plain obvious which way a professional driver should take) and quite often like to raise their voices, become intimidating ,slow the car down whilst looking at you in the mirror and as a young single female, i find it disgusting.
I cannot convey how many small and moderate incidents i have had with ARROW. Iv been left in tears, been left shaking after arguements and have most recently cut a journey short so i wouldent have to confront so much aggression. This all of course because i had the balls to stand up for myself and question the routes i was being taken on.
Im frankly drained and would rather walk.
I always had a problem with the lack of customer service too. The operators hardly ever used my name and personally, im used to a more friendly reception! Such a joke.
Never, ever, ever again. :)

I hired a local taxi from Baildon to get to Leeds Bradford Airport. The cost £12.00.
I used Arrow Private Hire to get back to Baildon a week later. Cost £16.50 a 33% increase. Because I had only set £15.00 in UK currency for the return taxi I had to pay on my card and was charged for use of a debit card.
I had returned to ‘rip-off-Britain’.
Amazingly I was in a queue of people returning from holiday and all complaining at the high rates that Arrow charge.
As they are outside the terminal building and their office is not large, my partner had to stand out in the cold waiting for me. And that after a week of temperatures over 22’
whilst the one person behind the desk was slow with each customer.
I’ll make sure I use my local company each way in future.

Ordered a taxi with Arrow last saturday early hours. I gave them the street name and told them which part of Leeds it was in because it is a common street name. They sent the taxi to wrong address twice.

I was left in the cold with the taxi driver missed calling me but not picking his phone up when I called him back.

Office didn’t apologise when I rang them back. Got a taxi from a different company. Never had a problem with Arrow before but probably won’t use again.

Our teenage daughter left her blackberry in car 130 Reg SF60 BJZ on 3rd Sep and realised this as soon as she saw the taxi drive away. She called the Arrow Operator who “claimed” he could not contact the driver – ridiculous! Needless to say that the said driver has not returned the phone and we will not be recommending or using Arrow with their rip-off fares and poor attitude in the future.

Was ripped off - the lady at the desk said that Calverley was 6.5 miles from Yeadon - it is if you go around the houses but only 4.5 miles via rawdon, greengates - the driver was fine but i don't think the charging was!

Very impressed with these guys. You call up and they are professional, you get a confirmation text if you use a mobile and then they text you when they are outside waiting so that you don't have to watch out for them.

I called and gave them about 15 minutes notice and they were there within 12 mins.

I would certainly recommend them.

This is a reliable,trustworthy plus customer friendly firm. When ever i ring and order an taxi i am given an polite response to confirm the taxi is on the way.

Normally the taxi driver will turn up within ten minutes of getting an taxi, sometimes they can be late about 15 minutes which is mostly likely to happen in the day time because of the heavy traffic you get at day times.

The taxi drivers have got calm attitudes on them some will speak to you and some will not, no matter if they talk or not they do take you where you need to go quickly.

These guys are the new taxi operators for Leeds Bradford Airport, And although some people didn’t seem keen their service reminded me of uber efficient places like Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. You sort and pay for your taxi at their booking desk and then go out side where their marshal shows you to your car. So there is no messing around or waiting in the cold wet weather. Also, you know that there will be no “going the long way around” or haggling over fares halfway as it is all paid for in advance.

As well as the airport service they run a regular private hire set up around Horsforth, Yeadon and in to Leeds. The cars are always presentable with friendly drivers who know where they are going.

I would recommend them both from the airport and for general running around.
