I first went as a Qype guest and the rum cocktail variants were very good as was the chilled ambience and lovely high ornate ceilings and decorations. But we didn't then taste the food or use the lively outside tables or hear a live band later - and so fortunately I went back in a large group of friends to do all three later the same week. The taste and texture of the fish stews and bean dishes were the best quality, and the best value dishes were the spicy Portugese sausage, meatballs-that-tasted-like-organic-vegetarian and the potato wedges. The music programme is regular, varied and later for dancing +++
