The prices on the site are misleading who knows what the actual cost is!
Once payment was due he tried to charge me £60 on top of my fixed fee for "waiting time". I was completing that day , it takes time which he apparently understood when he came around to do my quote. He hid behind Evlyn, a nice girl in the office. He reduced it to £30 and when I complained again he "waived"it. Very opportunist. It's a shame as Matt and the boys were great but their money grabbing boss spoilt it.

I just wanted to say thank-you for such a brilliant service helping to move over the weekend. The removal was superb – fast, efficient but also very, very careful – not as much as a scratch in either house. Everything went fantastically. I can’t recommend you enough. Quite simply the best value removals in London. If anyone is having any doubt that due to the price there must be corners cut – think again.
