Boots The Chemists

This branch of Boots is so close to Central Station that’s it’s really handy to do some last bits of shopping before going for the train home! I was in there this afternoon and found a surprisingly good selection of products for a smaller Boots store. It’s well laid out too with everything easy to find. Lots of snacks - sandwiches, biscuits, chocolate and cold drinks available too. The staff seemed very pleasant as well.

This is a smaller Boots - quite handy if your on your way to the station. I go there often for their meal deals (sandwich, snack and a drink for £2.99) but also find this to be one fo the best branches for reduced products in their clearance section (I once bought 6 toothbrushes at 9p each) Its got nowhere near the selection of products available in their main store - but there is still enough stock to get a choice on showergel, shampoo etc, the queues always seem quite short and the staff will let you know if youve missed on any special offers on the products your buying.

great for gifts, or personal items. not bad prices either.

Boots has a wide range of cosmetics, perfume, skin care products and hair styling products. All cosmetic brands are reasonably priced, generally the same prices as other similar stores although they do have good deals now and again and the sales after christmas, you can often pick up a bargain many things are half-price or less. Varied perfume range, always ask for a sample. Staff are always Helpful and can point out a good product.
