I like the person below me ordered an iPhone 4 case via group on and to date have also not received my item.
Apparently the first item that was dispatched was lost in the post so I have been reliably informed that another has since been dispatched and I would receive a tracking order, but guess what....yep no tracking order has been sent.
I have driven past the address when it was shut for the evening and it looks like one of those mailbox addresses only, so if anyone is reading this, buyer beware!!!

I ordered two power packs for iphone 4s on 17th April, and have now had to pass back to Groupon to deal with.
I will NEVER buy anything through Groupon again because of this.

After searching for mytouchscreen on the web I came across this website and am disappointed to see others in the same situation. Looks like we are dealing with cowboys. Such a faff having to chase them and write letters, threaten with prosecution etc but if that is what it takes then so be it. I will also be writing to Groupon to admonish them for not vetting their offers.

Almost identical to the dates etc for my complaint!
If you call their number, a message states the mailbox is full, and the email address bounces.
I had to complain to Groupon in the end, and get them to deal with it.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with, and I wont buy anything from Groupon again, thats for sure!! -

As we all have the same problem maybe we should get together. Don’t get done get Dom , Watchdog , Trading standards to name but a few would be interested. If we all give up they get away with it and I’m sure we are just the tip of the iceberg

I purchased a voucher from Groupon for 2 iPhone 4 Black Charger Cases from mytouchscreen.co.uk and my voucher was redeemed on their website and they have taken payment for postage, but they are claiming to not have received my refund and are simply just asking me to try again and have not bothered to refund me for the money I paid for postage. My Groupon voucher is showing as redeemed as well, so how they expect me to try again, I don’t know!
They don’t respond to their emails, you can rarely contact them by phone, never offer an apology and fail to get back to me when promised. I’m still no further forward, but I’ll fight it until I get what I paid for!.
Avoid at all costs!

I can believe it. They’ve given me exactly the same poor treatment. It’s been a month since I placed the order. They keep pretending they’ve sent it, then keep avoiding sending me a tracking number. I’ll be amazed if I receive the item at all. They never apologise for their error and just keep giving false promises. Would never use them again!
Poor service, poor communication and they seem more interested in taking your money than actually delivering a product.
Avoid.

I purchased and paid for a pair of gloves in Dec and only got my product in March! And that was after many ignored e-mails since the phone number on their website is a fake one that doesn’t work. Finally got a reply after forwarding them my e-mail to cosumers direct to lodge a formal complain on this scam. Not a single apology throughout from them at all! I would strongly discourage anyone to buy anything from them. Just try dialing the number on their website first and you would know it’s not even a valid number! Groupon-please be careful who you do business with as well!

I’m sorry but i redeemed my voucher for an Iphone 4/4S charger case with Groupon well before the expire date and it’s been over a month since i ordered!
My emails have been ignored and i will be taking legal action if this is not put right.

I am in the same position as you and I’m sure it’s a scam. I have requested a refund from Groupon and Touchscreen. I am going to take legal action if I don’t get a refund as I’m sure there are many more of us and they shouldn’t get away with it.

I have received my refund from Groupon as I did not receive my item after more than two months. I have not however received a refund for the postage from Mytouchscreen as promised. It has caused a lot of frustration and I would never use Mytouchscreen again as the customer service is disgusting.
