Absolutely terrible service.
I ordered an IPad keyboard on 18th Feb and stilll haven't received the item despite chasing them up with at least 20 calls. It is extremely difficult to reach them. No one seems to answer the call or reply to the online message enquiry. When they finally answered my call, no action was taken. I'm so disappointed with their service and very angry for their dishonest attitude towards customers. I ordered this as a present for my boyfriend and I'm very unhappy that I still haven't received the item. Just like the last reviewer said 'Mytouchscreen.co.uk's service is disgusting', I will never use them again and will not recommend anyone to use them.
I didn't want to reward them any star, but I had to tick one.

Quality headphones at a price that won't break your budget. I can't speak highly enough of these, I have quite big ears and the headphones that sit on your ears make my ears ache after a while, these are full over ear headphones which also keep my ears warm. Highly recommended, has taken me a long time to find such good quality headphones at such a great price

I spent a considerable amount of time reading reviews on a range of keyboards and cases I am really happy with the Leather Effect Keyboard Case purchase from this company. It is a good solid case and keyboard and does not add much to the weight of the overall product at all. Very satsfied with the product and delivery time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Their customer service is none existent
7 messages left 4 e mails and no response. Hung on the phone for 20 minutes hearing "your call is important to us" etc.
Bought iPhone charger and case via Groupon. Returned faulty in August.
Groupon were on th ball to start with but now will not tell me the outcome with Groupon. Not returning calls. I will never buy via Groupon again. They are not interested unless everything is going ok. Be warned!!!!!

Chris147, 15 February 2013:I also agree with this review. I placed an order in November (via GoGroopie) and got the incorrect item. Surprisingly (given my subsequent experiences trying to call them) I was able to speak to their Customer Services representative who assured me that the correct order would be despatched the following week along with a returns envelope for the incorrect item…. Nothing! Despite several attempts to phone since I have always got the call queue which never clears. I also left a message in the “Contact Us” section of their web site for them but received no contact in return.
Complained on GoGroopie’s web site but got nothing back from them either.

Setting up the bluetooth takes a few seconds. The keyboard is smaller than normal and takes a little bit of getting used to to type on, but it had to be smaller to match the size of the iPad. And herein lies the exceptionally cool thing about this product - the iPad fits nice and snuggly into the case and looks great. The aluminum on the case matches the aluminum on the iPad. The thickness of the iPad is only increased a very small amount, still easy to carry around, and certainly feels more protected than my previous case.

I got a aluminium keyboard from mytouchscreen originally purchased from nectar deals. It is Lightweight, rugged, and very comfortable for typing. I use it with my iPad frequently, but it also helps to orient my fingers on the keyboard. The USB port on the keyboard is must-have and feels just like a desktop. Thank you very much

OMG. Can't believe I have just read the reviews!! Sooo true! I bought a grouping deal for the IPad cover, won't accept my payments online, I have left voicemails all week for them and no-one has phoned me back! I'm sick of being told I'm on hold! Terrible customer service! Groupon will be hearing from me too!

And for a reputable retailer, you still have not replied to any voicemails I left, just like the other comments I have read here. We will see if I receive my items in an acceptable time after I have now been able to pay via a PayPal link that I was emailed because your site would not let me pay.

I bought an iPhone Charging Case from mytouchscreen.co.uk and its definitely the best case charger i have bought. It makes the iPhone slightly more heavier but I can now feel the iphone in my handbag. It feels more substancial and I feel I am less likely to drop whilst on the phone. The battery give me that extra long talking time during a busy working day being on the phone.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with regarding customer service. I ordered touchscreen gloves via a Groupon offer, which were due to arrive in Jan 2012. Despite numerous emails and phonecalls, where on one occasion I was promised a full refund, I have received NOTHING from them, not even a reply email our apology.

Wow! I was am disgusted to see so many people have had similar problems dealing with Mytouchscreen.co.uk. Let me share my story.
I purchased the Iphone 4/4s Charger from Groupon in March. My first email to Mytouchscreen.co.uk was on the 26th of March, this was responded on the 3rd of April promising a 7-14 day delivery.
Since then i have sent somewhere between 11-20 emails, some of which are answered, others not.
I was required to send proof of postage payment atleast five times and Mytouchscreen.co.uk just kept sending me a new link to the paypal address. eventually i paid again and that seemed to be sufficient to get the ball rolling.
After several months (had completely forgotten about this since June) i followed up again 2 weeks ago, 5 months after the purchase was made, to be advised the item would be dispatched on the 18th of August.
I am still waiitng....
I have sent several more emails this week and the item is now lossed and requires at present count roughly 26 hours to trace?!?!
I will never use Mytouchscreen.co.uk, in fact i am about one email away from sharing my frustration across every social networking account i own.

I bought a iPad 5 in 1 converter from Mytouchscreen.co.uk. before going on vacation, I have an iPad third-generation. It connected beautifully and transferred my photos very easily from my camera memory card to the iPad. I'm very pleased to be able to view my photos on the iPad and not have to wait until I get home to see them on my computer.

I've had to resort to this method of seeking redress from this company as they appear to respond a minimum of 5 days after receipt of emails and even then, in as few words as possible and enormously unhelpfully. Like other people here who have dealt with them, there really is no point ringing up the phone-number quoted on the website as it is not manned and clearly any messages left are ignored.
I bought, through a Gumtree Daily Deal (similar to Groupon but now no longer operating) an iPad Aluminium Case with White Bluetooth Keyboard in June for £30 reduced from their normal £70 price-tag. It was delivered in July after a problem with the voucher code that I was sent in order to redeem the deal.
I can accept that they took a long time to deliver (for their £4 postage/carriage charge); what I object to is the fact that it stopped working after fairly infrequent and intermittent use by me within 2 weeks and the company appears to figure they can just ignore this fact and ride rough-shod over my consumer rights.
I reported this fault to them on 19/7/12; they first (and only) responded on 24/7/12 stating cryptically, "You can return the iPad Keyboard to obtain a refund from Gumtree Deals. Let us know if this suits?".
Return it to whom!? Gumtree or mytouchscreen? If I'm return it to them, where is the returns reference number? As Gumtree Daily Deals had by this stage ceased to trade, doesn't that just sound like a fob-off?
I replied immediately on 24/7/12 to this suggestion, asking, "Gumtree Deals ceased operating as of 2 weeks ago. How will I guarantee to get my money back? Are you proposing I send it to you and you refund the £30?".
To date, i.e. 12 working days later, they have not responded to this, despite a reminder email on 6th August stating that they have a duty under the trades descriptions act to remedy this fault to goods supplied by them.
p.s. - I just hope they don't set Mr Hong on me.

The mytouchscreen website FAQs stating their 7-day returns and 30-day warranty policies combined with their delayed or nill responses to emails clearly indicate they feel no responsibility to customers reporting faulty goods.

Mytouchscreen.co.uk was a great shopping experience for me. I live in Aberdeen, where you hardly find the latest touchscreen gadgets. The quality of product is second to none with their iPhone chargeable case and candy coloured iPhone cables, my kids loved it! as good as anywhere around. I am a registered member of Mytouchscreen.co.uk which is fantastic as i receive regular updates. and I would be certainly shopping on the website again.

I usually don't bother writing negative reviews. I usually just make sure I never deal with the merchant who I received the bad service/goods from again and neither do my friends. However the service I receive from Mytouchscreen was appalling so I decided to share my experience with others so that they can make an informed choice when ordering the goods/services from this provider.
Like many others who left their negative reviews on this website, I ordered an iPhone 4S Recharging case on 19 April. After numerous calls and emails and hours of my time spent on trying to get a reasonable update from the merchant, I was advised that the package was most likely lost and that someone was following up with the Royal Mail trying to determine where my package was. To cut the long story short, my package wasn't found and a 'replacement package was sent' to me (I would believe in lost package if it wasn't for so many others mentioned on this website - is it not too much of a coincidence?!). I was finally provided with a tracking number on June 8 but the package didn't arrive until 29 June!!! I paid £3.49 for delivery, which I believe is the cost of the first class postage. Not sure how the package got sent that it took Royal Mail 3 weeks to deliver it. The voucher mentioned that it takes up to 14 working days to deliver the package. Where did it say that it would take almost 2 and a half months?? I'm speechless...

I am one of those!!! I also find it offensive when you call customers “liars” just because they are putting their own personal experiences in print. Your many positive comments, in a growing sea of dissatisfaction, does make me wonder if you are not part of the company.

If you need any touchscreen accessories, or you are into gadgets, then this is the place to shop. Everything relating to iphone & ipad accessories. My son is very much into gadgets and particularly likes his latest iPad3. So I googled online to get some ideas for a Christmas present and suddenly came across the ipad 5in1 Camera Connection on mytouchscreen.cio.uk. Great idea My son loves loves his ipad and keeps recommending accessories for me and his lovely mother. I would recommend mytouchsceen.co.uk any given day.

Dear Peeps, i received my order back in April - and i must say what a fantastic product it is! Yes it was delayed about a week, but my order arrived - Everytime my battery shows signs of dying, i simply switch it on and the case charger gives me a boost in less than half and hours. Thank you Mytouchscreen and i look forward to receiving the ipad keyboard i have recently purchased.
