I ordered an IPad keyboard on 18th Feb and stilll haven't received the item despite chasing them up with at least 20 calls. It is extremely difficult to reach them. No one seems to answer the call or reply to the online message enquiry. When they finally answered my call, no action was taken. I'm so disappointed with their service and very angry for their dishonest attitude towards customers. I ordered this as a present for my boyfriend and I'm very unhappy that I still haven't received the item. Just like the last reviewer said 'Mytouchscreen.co.uk's service is disgusting', I will never use them again and will not recommend anyone to use them.
I didn't want to reward them any star, but I had to tick one.

I also agree with this review. I placed an order in November (via GoGroopie) and got the incorrect item. Surprisingly (given my subsequent experiences trying to call them) I was able to speak to their Customer Services representative who assured me that the correct order would be despatched the following week along with a returns envelope for the incorrect item…. Nothing! Despite several attempts to phone since I have always got the call queue which never clears. I also left a message in the “Contact Us” section of their web site for them but received no contact in return.
Complained on GoGroopie’s web site but got nothing back from them either.

It may not have been Groupon but one of those deals sites. I order from all of them but it is definitely your company so I have not left any slanderous comments. And for a reputable retailer, you still have not replied to any voicemails I left, just like the other comments I have read here. We will see if I receive my items in an acceptable time after I have now been able to pay via a PayPal link that I was emailed because your site would not let me pay.

Nothing received.

Mytouchscreen, if you are reading this, you will have received yer another email from me today, and I have listed all the details on it AGAIN.
Warning - do NOT buy from this company, especially if redeeming an 'offer'.
I purchased the Iphone 4/4s Charger from Groupon in March. My first email to Mytouchscreen.co.uk was on the 26th of March, this was responded on the 3rd of April promising a 7-14 day delivery.
Since then i have sent somewhere between 11-20 emails, some of which are answered, others not.
I was required to send proof of postage payment atleast five times and Mytouchscreen.co.uk just kept sending me a new link to the paypal address. eventually i paid again and that seemed to be sufficient to get the ball rolling.
After several months (had completely forgotten about this since June) i followed up again 2 weeks ago, 5 months after the purchase was made, to be advised the item would be dispatched on the 18th of August.
I am still waiitng....
I have sent several more emails this week and the item is now lossed and requires at present count roughly 26 hours to trace?!?!
I will never use Mytouchscreen.co.uk, in fact i am about one email away from sharing my frustration across every social networking account i own.
I'm not writing this because i want anything from Mytouchscreen.co.uk but only to warn others from using them.
Even in the best of times, consumer loyalty is incredibly fickle but all it takes is good, sincere customer service. Not asking much when i am throwing my hard earned money at you...

I bought, through a Gumtree Daily Deal (similar to Groupon but now no longer operating) an iPad Aluminium Case with White Bluetooth Keyboard in June for £30 reduced from their normal £70 price-tag. It was delivered in July after a problem with the voucher code that I was sent in order to redeem the deal.
I can accept that they took a long time to deliver (for their £4 postage/carriage charge); what I object to is the fact that it stopped working after fairly infrequent and intermittent use by me within 2 weeks and the company appears to figure they can just ignore this fact and ride rough-shod over my consumer rights.
I reported this fault to them on 19/7/12; they first (and only) responded on 24/7/12 stating cryptically, "You can return the iPad Keyboard to obtain a refund from Gumtree Deals. Let us know if this suits?".
Return it to whom!? Gumtree or mytouchscreen? If I'm return it to them, where is the returns reference number? As Gumtree Daily Deals had by this stage ceased to trade, doesn't that just sound like a fob-off?
I replied immediately on 24/7/12 to this suggestion, asking, "Gumtree Deals ceased operating as of 2 weeks ago. How will I guarantee to get my money back? Are you proposing I send it to you and you refund the £30?".
To date, i.e. 12 working days later, they have not responded to this, despite a reminder email on 6th August stating that they have a duty under the trades descriptions act to remedy this fault to goods supplied by them.

Like many others who left their negative reviews on this website, I ordered an iPhone 4S Recharging case on 19 April. After numerous calls and emails and hours of my time spent on trying to get a reasonable update from the merchant, I was advised that the package was most likely lost and that someone was following up with the Royal Mail trying to determine where my package was. To cut the long story short, my package wasn't found and a 'replacement package was sent' to me (I would believe in lost package if it wasn't for so many others mentioned on this website - is it not too much of a coincidence?!). I was finally provided with a tracking number on June 8 but the package didn't arrive until 29 June!!! I paid £3.49 for delivery, which I believe is the cost of the first class postage. Not sure how the package got sent that it took Royal Mail 3 weeks to deliver it. The voucher mentioned that it takes up to 14 working days to deliver the package. Where did it say that it would take almost 2 and a half months?? I'm speechless...

Mr Wong, you appear to be very much in the minority, and I would really appreciate you respect the views of many customers when they say they have had very poor customer service from Myouchscreen. I am one of those!!! I also find it offensive when you call customers “liars” just because they are putting their own personal experiences in print. Your many positive comments, in a growing sea of dissatisfaction, does make me wonder if you are not part of the company.
