Poor customer care

Extremely poor customer care.
Despite promises that remdial work would be sorted no one turned up to complete work.
None of the directors are willing to sort out issues with installations or completed work.
We still await guarantee documentation along with electrical certifications. They do not have the courtesy to respond to telephone calls or emails.
They just don’t want to know, we have been fobbed off.
This business is untrustworthy.

My wash house roof was made waterproof, & the job & the people who did it were first class, no complaints.

I had my complete house rendered by Elite Transformations during February. I have to say I found everyone I dealt with to be friendly but extremely professional. Richard, Adam and Bill carried out the installation in not particularly good weather but they never complained and always got on with the job. Which by the way was completed on time and to a great standard. Highly recommended. ATB Paul.

I have just had Elite Transformations out to do red brick work on my house, and i have to say the effect is absolutely fantastic, and i am so pleased with the transformation of my house. I have received many compliments from my friends and neighbours. The workers did a great job. Thank you very much to Richard, David and their team.
