pepperP: “Fabulous decor. Very attractive and relaxing. Amazing atmosphere, staff were over whelming. To top it up with all of that, the food was mind blowing. Have to say, what a great job they are doing. Will definitely return, and is highly recommended!” more...

No, really! There's a rabbit sitting on the bar, and he did it! He made me order the bloody mary, and the delicious (they must have been fresh) squid, and the steak. yummm.... steak...
Although, to be fair, I'm not sure I'd recommend the steak. I think they got my order and my friend's mixed up, so I ended up eating medium rare (urgh) and she medium. I hate it when places do that...
Food was very very good, service absolutely lovely, and... like I said... the rabbit did it. The wooden bar, floor, chairs, tables, walls, doors... and rabbit... everything is made in the loveliest warmest shade of brown wood you will ever see. Such a cozy place! Carpeted staircase with a slide-on-me-i-know-you-want-to banister. It doesn't get smoother than that. Oh no wait, it does! There's a chandelier lurking on the way to the bathrooms. And I didn't have a chance to check out the private dining room on the upstairs floor! Something to do next time. Because, you guessed it, there will be a next time.
Oh. I don't usually kiss and tell... but, in this case, it'd be unfair not to share: they take the tastecard. There. I said it. Go nuts.
Only managed to eat here once whilst living in Pimlico, and have regretted never going back. Prob is there is so much competition.

Stopped in for a wine on my way to a function just up the road.
It must have been about 4pm on a Wednesday so the place was empty. They were still extremely obliging and friendly. Their wine selection is magnificent.
Honestly, it’s just nice to have somewhere near Victoria that isn’t completely dire. Recommended.

Had our work Christmas party last week and have to say this place really looked after us – we were upstairs in the private dining room, the food was very much on point and the service good and attentive, a really good evening had by all and a great setting.
Thanks to all at The Ebury, will definately be referring you to friends.

The food is very good with some great choices although a little overpriced but it is Chelsea area so its probably about average for the area.
The wine list is very comprehensive, we had a Vermentino, which complimented my fish main perfectly.
I went for the Salmon carpaccio which was really tasty and light, i’m not a radish fan but it worked well with this dish. For my main our waitress recommended the Stone Bass, which was wonderful.
The interior is very ‘woody’ and warm with fabulous leather sofas although i had a little difficulty getting in/out as the table next to us was a bit close.

Myself and the other half took our friends to dinner at The Ebury last Friday and it was a lovely evening overall!
We were met at the door with friendly faces and felt really looked after all evening, starting with some gorgeous cocktails and then 3 of us chose the steak, whilst the 4th chose the baked stone bass – the steak came with bone marrow and fries – very different but a great idea and we loved it!
You have to try the chocolate mousse with banana and honeycomb dessert… i wasnt expecting to be taken back to the days of bbqs where my parents put banana’s on the bbq filled with chocolate buttons but thats exactly what it tasted like and as much as we couldnt fit another thing in.. its wasn’t too filling and perfectly ended the meal!
Definately recoommend The Ebury to friends… beautiful evening had by all of us.

Things are looking up at The Ebury. We’ve been taken over by the team that originally developed it. James Holah is back in the kitchen with an entirely new menu and there’s a fantastic 130 bin new wine list along with a new bar team and cocktail list.
The Ebury is located just moments from Sloane Square in the heart of Chelsea. The Ebury’s impressive walnut bar is the central feature of the ground floor dining room, which also boasts grand windows giving a feeling of space and light.
The Ebury is available for exclusive hire and can accommodate 120 for seated dinners or 250 for standing parties. On the first floor a beautifully styled dining room is also available for private hire. The dining room can accommodate up to 50 for seated dinners and 100 guests for standing receptions. It has a luxurious but relaxed feel and is perfect for any event, whether it be an intimate dinner or a cocktail party. For smaller parties the discreet ground floor lounge area offers cosy fireside sofas.
The team at The Ebury can create bespoke canapé and cocktail menus for each specific event and help with any other theming or decoration requirements.

The Ebury, not to be confused with the Ebury Wine Bar, is an upmarket pub/bar/restaurant that is popular with a more "sloaney" set. The food and drink is great but it does come at a cost. The experience is comfortable but you are advised to book. A decent wine list.

The Ebury is a great pub/restaurant, popular with locals and after work drinks. The inside is redecorated and looks quite posh so it’s full of young professionals on Friday afternoons rather than old men.
It has comfy sofas, bar stools, and tables so you can find somewhere that suits your style.
Only downside is that the food is slightly pricey.
