 I had a brazalian at this salon, I was slightly worried due to the fact I have had two bad experiences in the past in salons that had been in the town years, the first took my skin off and the second left so much hair that I had to finish it at home.

What can I say about iKandi??? brilliant!!! The therapist (sorry have forgot her name) took her time, made me feel relaxed at all times but most importantly she did a perfect job, not one single hair was left:) will be going back again for sure!

I have my lashes done here every three weeks , she does an amazing job and I’m always well relaxed that i nearly fall asleep, also I do get the regular spray tan done here too and never had any problems an instant tan is amazing and with 3 different shades to choose from makes it even better something to suit everyone, highly recommend this salon x

My first visit experience was very pleasant, firstly i was greeted by two memebers of staff, who were very polite and helpful in giving me advice on which treatments would be suitable for me. Both were very experienced as i remember them talking about a busy spa in which they used to work in, so immediately i felt very comfortable and in safe hands. I had a lovely full body massage, which was carried out professionaly and ended wonderfully. I was then offered a glass of water to end my treatment, which i thought was a nice touch, and then asked if i would like to book another appointment. I replied with confidence that i would look in my diary and would get in touch when i would like to book another treatment….
I recently returned to be greeted by two other memebers of staff who i did not recognise and had never met before. I decided to have a spray tan, which was on offer at £8.00. I thought this was a fantastic deal. The therapist carried out a very quick and rushed treatment, i did not feel well looked after at all. Afterwards i was asked to get dressed and was assured that it was safe to, without interfering with the tan. However this was not true. I was then asked to pay, where i felt very uncomfortable as therapist seemed very rude and uninterested. Later when i arrived home i noticed that my tan was streaky and patchy, i was extremely upset with this…. My second experience was not what i hoped it would be like. The salon was being run by, in which i can only describe as, inexperienced students. I will not be returning, nor will i be recommending this salon to friends and family.

In my experience this beauty salon provides the highest level of service ,reasonable prices, polite friendly staff, and is a excellent salon serving this area .i would recommend the salon to all my friends and family .. Very happy customer

i was not impresseed when i went for an eyebrow wax today and didnt discover until i got home that my skin has been ripped off, i am not happy and i will be making a formal complaint to the manager tomorrow and i will expect a full refund and a free treatment as an apology
