I bought a mattress from Bedz4u via KGB costing £243, apparantly valued at £1099.
Mattress collapsed one side after only 12 months.
Bedz4u not interested, guaranteed only 12 months, for a mattress!  Last one I bought was from
Ikea and they give a 10 year guarantee! Not that I needed it.
Guy from Bedz4u totally dismissed my complaint, no reply to recorded delivery letter, not interested.
Would recommend you do not buy from this company, no comback whatsoever!
Really bad customer service.
My mattress is now ready for the dump, such poor quality.
Value £1099 - as if !!
No stars from me but had to input a star to sumit review.

I bought the Barbican Bunk Bed Artisan and it was delivered within 2 days. Very impressed with the quality and it was very easy to assemble. Very good service!

I bought an Ottoman bed from Bedz4u which was the cheapest I could find on line - and when you have lots to buy for your first house, everything helps.  Bedz4u sent the bed straight away and I am over the moon with the quality of the bed.  For a great price, there was no compromise on quality or service.  The people there over the phone were friendly and helpful.  Cant recommend Bedz4u enough :)  Happy customer

We have bought four beds over the last year from Bedz4u for our buy to let properties and also our own home. The furniture that we have bought is excellent in it's quality, Bedz4u has always provided us with top quality service, delivering items efficiently and effectively with the minimum of disruption to any of our tenants.They have always been courteous and obliging and very competitive with their prices.It has been a pleasure to do business with them over the years.

good service and excellent product,i searched my bed with lots of other on line retailers and found bedz4u to be the cheapest, and great after sales service, they spent nearly an hour on the phone with me helping me to set up my bed , Great Job Well Done

I contacted bedz4u when my old bed broke. They were very helpful and had the right product at a great price. I ordered the bed and expected to wait a week or two for delivery but it arrived within two days.
