If you want to buy a used car DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE. I bought a car from them early January. They assured me that the vehicle would be fully serviced and that the mechanic who serviced their vehicles had been doing so for over 20 years and anything that needed doing would be done. I collected the car a few days later and when I got it home I noticed that the oil had not even been changed. I asked my local mechanic to check it out and he found the alternator and power steering belts were split and unserviceable. I had these replaced and along with an oil change it cost me £64. I contacted County Motors who said they would send me a copy of their service invoice but of course they never did. The salesman said 'bring the old oil back for me to have a look at'! They do not return your phone calls and ignore emails. Within 3 weeks the car needed a new clutch, the glossy covered warranty was not worth the paper it was written on and it cost me a further £450 to have this work done. The warranty was not even validated, they had stamped the service box themselves and they do not even have a service bay! They are very helpful and friendly until they have their money, then they just laugh at you and they refused point blank to pay anything towards these costs which should not have been incurred by myself. A terrible experience avoid them at all costs.

i drove past this garage as was drawn in with the fantastic cars they have displayed, porsches, range rovers plus lots more highend performance vehicles, i have been looking for a new car so thought id pop in and have a little dream untill i spoke to someone who poped out to say hello before i knew it i was having a test drive in car that i thought i could never afford they arranged a fantstic finance package and my part exchange price was very fair for my old banger to. id like to say thank you for all your help and making it very pleasant and showing me that i could actually afford a better car, my only concern was the short warranty but it was good to know that i was able to exstend my warranty where i am able to use at my local garage too thanks agin

5 stars all the way found them to be really helpful, helped wih my insurance and also transfering my personal registration car was ready on time and as per the other review with fuel in and ready to drive away when i drove away felt happy that i had purchased a quality used car with peace of mind i found that one of my keys was not working they asked me to pop back with the car and has now been sorted out with no quibling 5***** in my view and would recomend these to friends and family and all that would ask me thanks again guys for all your help see you soon

 

 

Very relaxed no pressure from sales staff but all this changed as soon as I drove away. The high level brake light wasn’t working when I picked the car up and i was told to get it looked at, so I did and when I rang up I was told they would not pay as it was an aftermarket light, funny as I had to pay £70 for it from BMW. Then emailed to say it had a judder from the transfer box when stopping to which I had a reply and I quote “I have driven the car for 1000 miles and it felt fine” This cost me a further £85.00 for the transfer box oil to be changed which luckily cured the problem.
I have had many cars from many dealers and I am in business myself but if I were to take this attitude of take the money and run I’m sure my business would suffer.
The reason for this strong review is that the car was £15000 and they just blanked me, so be aware that there warranty means nothing.

Called to arrange test drive when arrived car was out fueled up and ready to drive no waiting around like you normally do, found the test drive route fantastic ideally long enough and not just around the block, part exchange price was good too.

when i came to collect my vehicle all the small jobs were done and it looked amazing again fuel in car no red light on which i thought was good normally you struggle to get to the petrol station,

I would recomened to all my friends and family to go here its very relaxed with no preasure from staff. i would always call first if wanted to test drive specific car as they were very busy.
