Think i spoke to the Assistant manager with dark hair as i had a faulty item. She was so rude and walked of whilst i was talking to her. She was not listening to what i was saying.
Have shopped here a couple of times and the staff on the customer service counter are more bothered about talking about their private lives then to get on and serve the que of people waiting!
This shops customer service needs attention but its mainly the "Higher up" staff thats are rude and lazy as the staff on the floor are polite and helpful.

Never been in one of their stores before but now I have will defo being going bak again. brillant choice of items for the home and with very good prices for the items you cant go wrong in buying items from them.

This is a real find and parking just outside. They have a fantastic range of furnishing and all are well laid out. The goods are reasonably priced and the customer service helpful. This is a good shop for inspiration when decorating and looking for soft furnishings.

This store sells linens, throws, cushions, fabricstowels etc.
The quality of the goods seems really good, and they have a wide range of co ordinates. The clour schemes are tasteful and I think the prices are fair.
If I was revamping a room, this would be one of my first stops. The staff are helpful with out being invasive.
Thing is this is in a complex with other competing stores. But I do think this has a better quality.
