 the worst every!!! do not deal with them!! they charge £150 if you do not follow their stupid rules about parking for visitors!! They also demand monthly periodic tenancies after 6 months fixed term contract expire and they terminate the periodic after 3 months if they found the buyer...

Pembroke Park Crawley is the worst place to rent? Or other place are there in uk with same problem share?
i rented flat with mistake without numbered park as this is my first experience to rent in this worst fairview society secure by Aspire parking solution. Please you tell me now im back for birmingham 10.30pm both my kids sleeping in car  there is no parking available in premises rather then visitor park so i park in visitor park display my visitor permit at the same time i find aspire guard was there take photos of my car to note down time of visitor park which is 3 hours now you tell me should i sleep or wait whole night to find parking and this is not first time every second day is same i think you punish people to live under your management. I cannot sleep with fear of clamping, that i wake up and give £150 every second day , So i have to stand by until I find park or alarm my clock again  wake up go down find parking whole night. Tell me what should i do in this situation???

one of the most great benefit for tenants in pembroke park crawley is that they pay very 2nd day £150 to £400 for clamped which they charge for truck straight way after clamped and ask for truck fine. I myself clamped 3 times and last time i paid £ 400 on the site just not to tow my car. The biggest mistake of my life is to rent flat in fairview i never recommend to anyone specially with kids.
please see what time now 00.36 i wakeup again leave my both kid (6yrs & 2yrs) alone home try to find parking no parking find no parking……..go 1 mile away from flats to public free parking park their come back to sleep.

You know what going to happen in morning wake up at 7.00am go to bring car back to flats because i take my girl to school cant wake 1 mile with 2 kids in such cold weather.

this is the comfort of pembroke park homes. I want to leave this flat as soon as possible.
