An Absolute Disgrace – I paid this guy £350 to put in spikes to stop birds nesting under the eves of the house – the birds are still coming, there seems to be another problem with the roof now and when I called to get him back to have a look he refused saying there was something fishy and that he won’t do business with me!
One Star is being very generous considering the attitude and reliability of his work.

Hi iam the man from roof koteI would like to comment on the review that was left by the customer from cookstown 1st there was two problems with the roof when I arrived at his house there were birds getting in under the lip of the tile and through the pointing of the gable end I advised his wife to fit bird stoppers under the lip of the tile and fit uni dry verge on the gables that would have solved the problem but they decided to just fit the bird stoppers under the tiles so common sense would tell you that not completing the whole job would not solve the problem so I did what the customer asks they say the customer is always rite (not) so if anybody does want work carried out by roofkote we can supply 100,s of written references from the past 19yrs just remember you hear about dodgy tradesmen but you never here about dodgy customers !
