Frank's Factory Flooring

Never ever go to Franks, Sunderland. After going for the full house deal, we got carpet upstairs and laminate downstairs. They lost our original carpet estimates so had to come out again to re measure. Which meant we had less time to choose the flooring we wanted. Ended up having to pick less quality laminate than we wanted as the other wasn’t going to be delivered in time. The fitted the carpets with the wrong gripper rods, we had nails sticking up all over the house, my son cut his foot twice. We finally got that sorted and now the laminate is scratching when you so much as look at it. Rang them only to be told they wont do anything about it. Customer service is disgusting and would advise anyone to steer clear!!! Would have given zero stars if possible!!!!
