I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately we do not know what telephone number you have been given, as this is not listed on our website, therefore if this was provided to you by a deal provider, this information was incorrect.
The deal I believe you are referring to caused several problems for us as the voucher codes we were given to authorise on our website were different to the codes that our customers were given. In all instances of this mix up we did try to resolve as quickly as possible, but unfortunately it appears that you were one of these very few cases.

Our normal processes are much smoother, and regrettably we lose a degree of control over this process when we run offers with third party deal websites. Refunds have to go through them as the purchase goes through them. However, we are reviewing any processes that can improve our service.

As there seems to be a number of people with great service and delivery, and you three with terrible service, I am wondering if you bought directly from the company or through a deal service like Wowcher? I am thinking of placing a Wowcher order for a Kace deal, but I will refrain if that is where the problem lies!
