Despite promising me a quote to clean a marble floor, Goss refuse to answer my emails and telephone calls chasing up what he promised he would do. I can only assume he doesnt need the work, pretty shortsighted. I refuse to deal with people who do not do what they say they will.

I spent in excess of £10,000 for a limestone product at the rear of my house supplied by GOSS Marble. Over the winter of 2009/2010 and winter 2010/2012 the products cracked and large pieces detached and created sharp edges. My young children cant go into the garden as they may cut their feet open. The company has been promising for almost 2 years to replace them but they keep lying to me. Now they ignore my calls and after checking companies house the company I dealt with has gone into administration. I have been forced to give them one star
