I was looking for a special cake for my partner and was doing so for quite a while with no success when I stumbled across the cake-A-lishious website, which easy to navigate and well presented. I sent an email to find out if my cake idea was feasible, this was replied to within minutes even though it was quite late at night. The price was agreed, the delivery address, date and time confirmed. The service was prompt and professional. And the cake was extremely impressive, to the point that it had my partner in tears. Nikki even threw in some magnificent cupcakes.
All in all, I was VERY please with the process and would definitely recommend her to anyone for her professionalism, reliability and great customer service.

My order was a bespoke 2 tier classic sponge and divine chocolate Las Vegas themed cake with edible playing cards, Poker Chips and Banner.
Free customised cupcakes x6
Free Sparkling rocket candle and Delivery.
To be honest no one wanted to eat the cake because it looked sooo good and the detail on the playing cards and the poker chips...Very Impressive!
Nikki delivered it herself which I personally think was a nice touch.
It also tasted lovely especially the chocolate bit and the cupcakes.
I will definitely be ordering again.
I have never had such great customer service!!!

What's also worth stressing, Nikki's customer service is as amazing as her creations. She is extremely responsive, always in touch with the client, so you know exactly what is going on with your order, when it's going to be delivered, etc. And you always get the personal touch, as if you were her most important customer. Just to give you an example, for the baby shower, I ordered 21 cupcakes and received 3 extra, on the house :) Also, even though Nikki typically makes 2 flavors per batch of 24, she surprised me with 3 flavors when she saw that it was hard for me to select just 2 from her menu of tempting flavors :) They were probably the best cupcakes we've ever had - simply heaven in your mouth (especially the Chocolate Sponge Cupcakes with Real Chocolate Ganache we just to die for!)
The cupcakes also included an extra surpirse - one of them had a QR code, so when we scanned it with our phones, we got a beautifully prepared and touching baby shower presentation designed and tailored specifically to our family!
Nikki delivered her cupcakes to our home personally, and for free, on the day of the event.
I will definitely be ordering from Cake-A-Lishious again for an upcoming birthday of a family member, and would definitely recommend Nikki to anyone looking to make their special occasion even more special! You can also expect to pay a moderate, reasonable price for a state-of-the-art product of unmatched quality that you simply can't get anywhere else!

The cake was an absolute success and was loved by all who tried it.
The price was great (truth be told for the product that was received, I would gladly have paid more, but don't tell them that!)
It was delivered on time, and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order.
Several of my friends have taken the contact details, as they have said that if they need cakes, then Cake-A-Lishious will be the first people they contact.
I will be using Cake-A-Lishious again!

It was on very short notice.
The cake was made right on time.
Everyone at the anniversary loved the cake.
The design and the taste of the cake was something else.
The colours was just right and the cake was not too sweet.
At the anniversary someone said that this cake is too good to eat.
There is only one problem.
There was not enough of the cake.
It was gone in seconds.
I would give this cake ten stars out five stars.

Excellent service. The cake was GREAT and met my specifications. The cake was ordered for my manager who was promoted and leaving our current office. The Cake-A-Lishious cake was very tasty and also beautiful! When I met with Nikki, she was very empathetic and helpful in guiding me to the design I truly wanted we decided to have a nice picture of my manager on the cake and a message congratulating her on her promotion my manager and the rest of the team really enjoyed the cake and also wanted to know where i ordered it from as it was so good. Nikki from Cake-A-Lishious is very professional and knowledgeable we also had little lolly cakes and a fire cracker which was quite unique and went down very well. I highly recommend Cake-A-Lishious there cakes are outstanding..

* Customer Service – Excellent – The whole process went smoothly without a hitch. I was especially pleased that Nikki listened to what I wanted and customised the cake exactly. All emails were replied to promptly, payment was simple via PayPal, and Nikki herself was very professional and personable.
* Delivery – Nikki hand-delivered the cake to the location requested at the agreed time. It’s always nice to see the person behind the work.
* Presentation – Excellent – I had ordered an A4-sized print cake in the shape of a journal/magazine. I was pleased that the cake looked exactly like the journal as I had hoped and the printed image was clearly depicted. The celebration message was inscribed on the silver cake board, which was great as I didn’t want to cover the beauty of the cake.
* Taste – Excellent – The cake tasted exactly as good as it looked.
5 stars for Cake-A-Lishious! I plan to order from Nikki at Cake-A-Lishious again in the future and have recommended her affordable services to my colleagues at work.

When I saw my birthday cake yesterday I was the most happiest women on earth. Why? …because I am not a cake person. The cake is delicious very pleasant taste – infact my diabetic friend enjoyed every bit of it. Well decorated with my full face of Africa on it, I love it. I will recommend the cake to all my friends. Thanks to my lovely husband who made my day a joyful one with all my birthday presents.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Cake-A-Lishious Cake Makers in Bromely, London. I placed an order just a few days ago for an Edible Print Birthday Celebration Cake for my wife to be delivered at 5pm on 12th Feb. Nikki personally delivered the cake to my door. She was punctual and professional yet very personable, warm and friendly. When my wife saw the cake with her own photograph on it, she was totally blown away to the point where she loved the way it looked so much that she didn’t even want to cut it. I took photographs…just wish this review allowed me to upload pictures of it. I literally had to beg and plead with my wife to slice the cake. Eventually, she did and I’ve got to say, this particular brandy-based minced fruit cake that I ordered was lip-smacking delicious! Loved it – and my wife loved it! I’ll be using Nikki’s Cake-a-Lishious cake maker / cake decorator service again – in fact, I’ve already placed an order for a Valentine’s cake for tomorrow. I’ve sent a picture of my wife and I to Nikky for a heart-shaped Valentine’s cake – this time it will be a brandy-based vanilla sponge without fruit. Can’t wait for it to arrive.
