me too!! i am having a problem with this company too!! We bought the car at the end of January it had to go in a week after purchase. Yesterday the car wouldnt start so the AA had to tow me to the garage, the AA man went in with me and explained the alternator had failed. They wanted to chanrge me £63 for a diagnostic check, although they had been told what the issue was.
They then called me to discuss the cost of the repairs! should’nt they know that the car is covered by warranty on thier system???
I would never ever buy a car from this company AGAIN, they are worse than the car shop!! all they care about is your money! nothing else.
I would recommend you go direct to an actula Vauxhall garage or what ever make of car you want direct!!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! useless!! if only you can publish this comment with minus stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!
