Sadly, I have had a similar experience. Since ocean plumbers did our complete bathroom and charged us much more than the original quote we have had to fork out for a number of issues:
- attaching the shower through the exisitng pump (Ocean failed to do this)
- sealing the bathroom completely (this was completely forgotten)
- Leaking external pipe (because this was not done properly)
- Grouting on the floor coming out (because the floor was not laid properly- and this remians an issue).

I wonder if really Ocean will return to fix the job because they haven't been cooperative with us, the proof is in the pudding terence.

Family bathroom installation - Southfields

What a brilliant bathroom I have. It is like a hotel bathroom experience every day!

Fantastic all round service from design, installation and final finish. Having two young children in the house, its not just about someone installing a bathroom it is having people working in your home.

Friendly, helpful, clean & tidy everyday. Ocean now has a few more projects to do in my home.

Ocean plumbers did a very bad job for me and sadly I have found them to be fairly dishob=nest and have needed to have real plumber to come over and redo my flooring and sealing the bathroom.
