Ringo

Ringo’s concept is quite clear: great food. great music. great service.

Its amazing what comes out of their 2 sqm kitchen, with hardly enough space to do a 360 degree turn in.

But the music is always carefully selected here. You will never be subjected to Coldplay or Emo rock, but Ringo’s staff will take care to ensure that you here a couple of tracks you have never heard before.

Evenings they have events, with movie evenings etc. Check in the cafe for details.

One of the founding 'cool’ bars of this area, more and more of which are spreading south of the canal into Neukolln, with all the necessary retro fittings which make it look (sort of) like a 50s/60s living room. A good place to meet and drink, but beware - it seems to allow smoking inside after about 8pm, which was an issue for a friend of mine. Lost a star for this, but a '4’ if you’re not bothered about smoke. She gave high marks to the cake though.
