I hate having my hair cut and intimidating chain salons that make you feel like one of those dolls heads they practice on . Moving to Ealing from Enfield meant the dreaded task of looking for a local salon so after a look at the reviews I tried Drench . From the moment I walked in I was put at ease and although my original plan was a 1 inch trim Zoe's firm but gentle persuasion inspired enough confidence to have a complete restyle with colour flashes . I've never had a shorter cut before that didn't make me look like my mother (sorry mum ) but I have to admit she was right and her expert styling has made me look younger and fresher . I now look forward to my next visit

My hair has been a nightmare recently, dead straight, knotty and lifeless, I really couldn’t do anything with it. All that changed when I made an appointment with Zoe at Drench and I can’t recommend Zoe highly enough to everyone. To begin with I have to say that the salon is fantastic, very much on trend and modern in design, just the place I would recommend to my friends. I have been to quite a few salons in the area and none compare to Drench. Zoe made me feel very comfortable, offered me a lovely cup of coffee (much needed with the cold weather) and got down to the job of sorting out my hair. Being a top stylist and colour technician she knew instinctively what would suit me and I totally trusted her opinion. My hair turned out far better than I ever expected. The colour was just what I wanted, a lovely “Italian” brown, the cut suited my features and my hair has never had so much volume and shine. Zoe put this down to the great products she has in her salon. On my hair she used a hair thickening serum from TIGI and I couldn’t believe the results, I have never had my hair feel so thick before and the thing is it stayed that way for two days! I was VERY impressed. I went to work on Monday and it was really nice to have so many compliments about my hair style and colour. I will be back to see you shortly Zoe, thanks so much, you are the best.

Fabulous new hair salon in West Salon which opened in mid January 2012. At the time of writing (March 2012) there’s a special offer on of 25% off for new clients and discounts available for existing clients who refer new clients.

I visited for the first time in late January just before starting a new job and was delighted with my highlights, cut and style. What’s more, my husband said it was the best colour, cut and style I’ve had in years and he’s really hard to impress!

The salon is vibrantly decorated and brings some vitality and style to West Ealing, something the area desperately needs at the moment! I hope they’re around for a long time to come, especially as it’s walking distance from my home!

I visited Zoe again about 3 months after my first visit and am pleased to say I was not let down this time either. I love that Zoe remembered the colour she used the previous time and hubby was again very impressed. Steve is also very popular and it was nice to see people who had their hair done for the first time whilst I was there who said they were really happy with their cut/style and that they’d definitely be returning!

Back again today and as pleased as ever with my highlight, grey coverage (and there was a lot of coverage needed!!!), trim and style. Thanks guys for keeping up your fabulous standards of styling and fabulous friendly service!

I walked in looking like Mortisha  with the colour to match and left looking like J Lo ( well my hair did at least ). Zoey gave me faith in hairdressers again after my last experience which was not a good one .  My new colour and style was actually noticed by hubby and I've not felt so good about my hair for a while .Very cool salon that  doesn't intimidate actually delivers .

I've recently moved to the area and tried Drench on a whim since I have no regular stylist. I'm never very inspired by my haircuts - I always leave feeling that somehow what's been done isn't quite as flattering as it could be. This is the first time I have ever left a salon and thought that the stylist actually had a true gift. Zoe knew instinctively what to do with my hair and showed me how to use a product I'd bought yonks ago but never really got the hang of. I love my new haircut and would highly recommend this place - the decor is fab but the really important bit - the bit you can't fake or fudge  - is the stylist's artistry and Zoe seriously has it. Thanks for putting the kick back into my hair!

Both my husband and I recently visited Drench.  Zoe and Steve share the same talent for being able to identify and suggest a hair style and cut that will suit their customer – not every hair stylist has this ability.  Zoe is also an experienced colour technician and I now have a great new haircut and a great new colour.

Zoe has been styling my hair for over ten years and she's the best hairdresser I've ever had.   Zoe always knows what I want to do with my hair before I do and I've never been less than thrilled with the results.  Over the years I've had many different styles and colours and each incarnation has attracted much admiration from friends and strangers alike!  Until I found Zoe, I never had a regular hairdresser because I hadn't found one who understood what I wanted and could translate that into reality time after time for a reasonable price.  Zoe is an extremely talented stylist and colourist who works nothing less than magic on my hair, making the fine and flyaway look funky and turning mousey brown into various shiny shades from blonde to copper.  I was delighted when Zoe and Steve (also a talented hairdresser) returned to Ealing to open a new salon - Drench is their most glamourous premises to date.  They always give you a warm welcome and you always leave feeling fabulous.

I am so so pleased with my haircut. I have gone to several different hair salons, but with no luck finding someone who would cut/colour the way I want, or even close for that matter. I was so impressed with the way Zoe had cut and coloured my sister's hair that I made an appointment two days later. It has been about two weeks now and I'm still getting compliments even from complete strangers . Zoe took  time to help me find the perfect colours (I am extremely picky) and I cannot thank her ENOUGH for her fabulous sense of style, WHAT A TALENT!!! I found my permanent hairdresser.Thank you Zoe, keep up the amazing work!!!!.....Kari

I could not recommend Drench Hair Design and Zoe and Steve more highly and am just so glad they have returned to Ealing. I have had my hair cut and coloured by Zoe for about 15 years now and would not go to anyone else. I always know I can trust Zoe's advice and experience to ensure my hair is exactly as I want it and that I leave the salon feeling fabulous. The salon is stylish and modern, both Zoe and Steve are friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable and they use great products/shampoo etc on your hair. What more could you ask for!

I was looking for a new local hairdresser as my last one was quite far and never cut my fringe how I liked, I always had to step in and direct her. After reading the reviews on here I decided to give Zoe a go (I am very scared of trusting new people with my hair cut. I was given a warm welcome and a 25% discount as a new customer. Zoe's has had more than 20 years experience and it shows. She cut my hair to a lovely bob and cut the fringe into a right angled bang fringe. Finally I have found someone no cuts and style hair with confidence and ease. I am definately going to becom a regular as the salon is stylish, the prices are decent, the hairdressers are talented and it's local. Please give this salon a try you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Drench!

I have never been let down by Zoe she is consistently very  good and really friendly. She is excellent with colour - I get lots of compliments about my hair ,the cut and colour and it is all down to Zoe! I am so pleased  that Steve and Zoe have come back to Ealing.  They have  style, the new salon looks really good and is surrounded by coffee shops !

Zoe & Steve have been my hairdresser for over 15 years. So pleased they are back, Zoe is the best colourist with excellent advice, trendy, funky and always turns out how she says. Wouldn't trust another colourist. Steve too is an excellent hairdresser men and woman.The new shop is amazing, classy, modern, luxurious. Anyone looking for a change must try drench!!  Once you've tried drench you'll love your hair as much as I do!

I'm delighted Zoe and Steve have come back to Ealing. I've never had a bad cut from Zoe and she always gives fantastic advice around changes and updates. Her colouring technique is second to none. I think Steve gives the best men's haircut around, well worth the investment and avoiding the local barbers. The new salon is fab - classy and elegant, a different class from other local salons, and much more welcoming. We need good places like this to succeed in Ealing, I really recommend you try them.

I just came out of Drench about an hour ago feeling fabulous …I had not been happy for a while with my last hairdresser so decided to take the plunge influenced by the previous reviews . I went in a mousey drab blonde asking for a trim and left with a fantastic new style and colour that has completely transformed my look. What I really liked was that Zoe was confident enough to suggest the change which gave me the confidence to go for it and an extra bonus was I got a 25% discount as a new client .

Drench is a great find…….Zoe is a really great hairdresser. She has an uncanny knack of knowing long before you do what cut and colour will suit you best and then giving you the best look of your life. If you want to have confidence that the person cutting your hair will make you look and feel fantstic then Zoe is your girl!!
