Do not use this company, they are a complete scam. I ordered a 32GB memory card in March and have still not received it despite the so called company taking my money. I've now not been able to make any contact with them since

I ordered my SD card on 28/03/12 and still not received it. I have emailed KGB Deals and Dazzle Deals at least 4 times. Dazzle Deals ignored the email and KGB told me to wait another month!

I have to agree with all of the other reviews. Worst customer service ever! I ordered a 32GB memory card on March 26 and despite an order confirmation email to say I could expect it within 8 working days, it finally arrived on 25th May. In that time I'd contacted Dazzle Deals once by email and emailed the sender twice and I received no replies from either party. I also tried contacting their customer services team before they removed the number from the site, but got no answer. When the memory card finally turned up, it was packaged in a tiny brown envelope with the smallest bit of bubble wrap around it. There was no proper packaging or case for the card itself so there's nothing to suggest this isn't second hand or worse. Needless to say, I won't be using it and am asking for a refund. Surprise surprise, I have yet to hear back from customer services with a delivery address to return this product to. Many thanks to angelabrown for posting Dazzle Deals' contact details.

Very bad customer service orderd the 32g card on the 17th of March after weeks of emailing and phoning finaly spoke to asomeone who said they will be dispatched this week DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is the worst company I have ever come across. I too purchased an SD Memory Card at the begining of March & after serveral e-mails from Jodie whom keeps promising to send it that week I have received nothing.

I too orderred the SD card from Dazzle Deals on the 7th March and am still awaiting delivery. I received an email respone from 'Jodie' on the 9th April to say there had been high demand but the card would be dispatched by the end of the week, but now on 16th May I am still waiting.
I have sent numerous emails which have all been ignored and the company have removed their telephone number from the website
DO NOT USE!!!

I ordered my SD card at the beginning of March and after hearing nothing for a month . I e-mailed the company and got a reply saying that they had been busy and the goods would be dispatched by the end of the week. Over 2 months have gone by and still no SD Card. I have e-mailed almost daily and have had no reply. I would urge anyone who has also been scammed out of their money by Dazzle Deals to contact Trading Standards without delay, or if you live close enough pay DD a personal visit!

Company ignore emails, not legit, no item received, what a scam!
So it seems I am not the only one not to receive the SD memory card! Emails have been ignored and getting through to their phone? Ha, no chance!!! Two months down the line, £17 I have not really gotto spare is now where?! AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT USE!!! RIP OFF.

Dazzle Deals UK offered a 32GB SD Memory Card through another reputable website, but after a few weeks of waiting for the memory card it still hasn't arrived. They replied to my initial e-mail but haven't replied to any subsequent e-mails. Avoid this company at all costs!

There are many better companies that are no more expensive and you get the product.

How do you review a company who takes your money but sends you nothing in return. If they cannot supply the goods within the stated delivery period they have offered you, you would at least expect a followup to tell you without you having to repeatedly email them for answers as to why order has not been delivered. In all honesty if they cannot cope with backlog situations they should never be in business in the first place. It leave a bitter taste in the consumers' mind as to whether they have been "ripped off", not at all good for a company's image.This is a case where "silence is golden" is totally out off context. I predict they are not long for this world in their present form operating in their present mod-us operand i. Sorry but of all my personal experiences of buying online, this is the worst I have ever experienced. The one star is an imposing website, minus 10 stars for service. Please anyone reading this avoid this company.

I have had the money taken from my account around a month ago but never received the products also contacted them through there enquiry screen twice and never received anything back from them a very unsatisfying experience with this company and I would steer clear from them, I'm now going to go to trading standards to find out what I can do regarding this company and about them ripping me off

Disgraceful product, inaccurately described and terrible quality. Returned for refund and now no reply from company who ignore all emails. They must be making money hand over fist and laughing their heads off at ripping off the general public. Will never never look here again and recommend you stay well clear.

Appalling service, I have been waiting since the 19th March from a memory card, it is now the 1st of May. The telephone is constantly engaged, they've even taken the number off the website and my emails have been ignored. Avoid at all costs.

Same case here. Paid for the memory card over 7 weeks ago now and no response to emails and the line is constantly engaged. Someone needs to get on to watchdog about these cowboys!

kedding, 4 May 2012:Same here, I ordered on 20 March 32gb sd memory card, after no less than 17 emails I eventually received an email promise of delivery this week. Friday here and nearly gone and nothing has materialized. As you say they need to get their act together. I have already pointed out their seriously suspicious method of obtaining payment which I have pointed out to an appropriate organisation. Be interested if you ever receive the goods. Keep in touch.

Thanks for feedback. Like you I’m still waiting delivery. I did get a promise from a Sarah at Dazzledeals that my card would arrive LAST WEEK, but no sign of it. If it does arrive I think I might have a heart attack. Please keep in touch be interested if you ever get yours plus reading through the line several other folk in the same boat!

Shellsuit22, 7 May 2012:I contacted KGB via their website a couple of days ago as it was getting beyond a joke. They were brilliant, they got back to me within 24h and somehow managed to contact Dazzle. They’d apparently had some problems with the quality of the stock and were hoping to send out the new stock within 28 days. I don’t know why Dazzle couldn’t tell us that! Anyway KGB offered a refund straight away and put the money straight into my Paypal. I couldn’t do with the hassle of the endless waiting for the card, plus it’s part of a birthday present for tomorrow so I’d bought another one elsewhere.
