One of the best nail bars in the area.  The standards are high, the place is always clean & the team are accomodating. Iv'e been there a few times now and have not been disappointed once!  Just make sure you book an appointment to avoid a long wait!

Don't go here if you can possibly help it. Poor customer experience and waiting times which mean you don't actually get seen!
I had been to the spa once before and although it is expensive, I was reasonably happy with the service, i had asked for a high bikini wax, they didn't understand what i wanted and just gave me a bog-standard bikini wax which wasn't ideal (and when youre in a compromising position like that, having stated HIGH bikini wax, you hope the therapist understands what it is you want). Having not been overwhelmed with the experience the first time, I thought maybe it had just been an off day. So before a wedding I was attending, I booked in for leg and bikini waxing, I called and made my appointment well in advance, turned up on time, only to find all the therapists busy. Ok, so people over-run a little bit and you have to allow some wiggle room. Well, 15 minutes of wiggle room went by and I asked when my appointment would be, was assured it would be 5 minutes, I was getting a little frustrated at that point (I don't pay to wait). 25 minutes of waiting went by, they didnt seem at all bothered that I was there, that I had made the appointment or that I had been waiting for 25 minutes, so I got up and left, hugely frustrating and one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. If they don't honour their telephone booking, do not accept them, just accept walk-ins!
