Mr Christian's

Great food, the bread, hummus and brownies are our particular favourites. They did some catering for us and it was delicious plus Alex the manager was a star getting it all organised for us. Brilliant food, brilliant service and very reasonably priced. Wish we lived closer!

Mr Christian’s is a Foodies Mecca.

They even have homemade fresh hot Sausage Rolls.

Great choices of meats and cheeses and friendly with samples. The staff seem to know about most of their products which is reassuring and provide great recommendations.

Their is a wide choice of salads, ready made meals (Lasagne, Shepherds Pie etc) and many more options available.

I love my sauces and a wide range of Chutneys, Jams, and marinades. They have the best Garlic Mayonnaise.

Before you have the chance to enter the store you have the aroma of fresh bread, freshly made sandwiches and Pastries.

Highly recommended.

The original grocer’s on Elgin Crescent; I’ve been buying my bread and treats here long before “The Grocer on Elgin” opened immediately opposite.
They have a delicious delicatessen counter and stock the right selection of emergency food if you are running late for a dinner party - yours!
But the bread is definitely which sets Mr Christian’s apart - a great choice and fresh every day, including Sundays.
And the staff are great, too, knowledgeable and friendly.
