It is again the weekend, the sink in the basement and the kitchen are backed up, cant run any water in the kitchen including the dishwasher. About half an hour after calling, this company arrived and solved the problem in about half an hour. They were courteous and explained every step carefully. This is the second time I have used them, the first time for a big job. I will definitely call them again if I have a plumbing problem.

I had a plug up kitchen sink. I called this company at 8:45 pm and technician came in 15 minutes. Fixed the sink and checked to see if it was working okay. Then he used a camera scope to check the condition of my main drain, spending the time answering all of my questions and explaining how tree roots were making it through my drains. I learned a lot about my drainage system

They were very quick and professional. Did a thorough job and answered all our questions. Followed up after the job was done and even came back to show us with the camera that the pipes had been cleared and remained cleared. Explained the bill in detail and overall did a wonderful job. We would use them again and recommend them highly.

I had found the drain back up in my basement on on Saturday morning at approx 10:00am by 2:00pm this company had come to the house and cleared the problem with an explanation of the issue and a camera inspection that showed roots in the clay pipe. Within 2 days the old clay pipe was removed and replaced. Everything was done on time and with zero mess.

The plumber replaced the toilet seal which had been incorrectly installed causing a leak and shifting of the toilet. The toilet is now straight, doesn't leak and is well sealed. While I'm very satisfied with the work, their price was abit high I think but if you want something done professionally you have to pay !

We had a wonderful experience with the helpful staff at this company. From dispatch to the servicemen who serviced the issue...everyone was polite, dependable and fast. This company is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them as well as call them again myself. I particularly love the fact that they call 1/2 before arriving so that you don't have to be captive in your own home waiting for help to arrive.

I was experiencing overflow/backup of my laundry room drainage pipe and overflow in the downstairs shower drain. This company was able to arrive within 3 hours of my call and snake the main stack and then determine and clear a very difficult access to both areas which were clogged with root systems. The work was excellent, technican was very knowledgable and he corrected the situation within the estimated period of time. Excellent work. You get what you pay for which is why I went with this company who do the job right..

A pipe burst on the top of the water heater ( hot water line) and made a big mess in the basement. This company send a team that came to fix it and they did a very good job . Because the pipes in the whole basement are old and in bad shape we agreed to replace then soon as possible at their advice. Thank you very much for good service.

Used Reliable Builders twice: Every faucet in my home needed some sort of repair or replacement; and the kitchen drain pipe also needed two different repairs. Owen was prompt, clean (drop cloths and shoe-covers), and did a beautiful job on everything, with an "Old-World" work ethic and professionalism. (Cost above is for this first batch of jobs.)

We want to thank  Harry of Reliable Builders. They were very professional. They arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call, and immediately got to work identifying and fixing our problem. They also took time to inspect the rest of our roof and inside our attic, and made some additional recommendations on what we can do to make further improvements and prevent future problems from occurring.

I called Reliable Builders because the fan in my kitchen was not working, I spoke to Smith who said he was gonna come and take a look at it the day after. I took the afternoon off to be home but I was really hoping that he would show up. And he did. And my fan is fixed, quick, pleasant, and professional. I will recommend him to others.

My sink had a terrible leak in my upstairs bathroom and I called so many services, but none of them showed up or were available in short-notice. When I called these guys, they showed up at my door an hour later! They worked hard to fix the leak and did it in efficient time. I would definitely call them again!
