We had this American Standard toilet since our house was built and never flushed well.Sometimes it required multiple flushes.We called in this company and the put an auger down the toilet and they determined it was clear.So we came to the conclusion the our toilet had a manufautring defect. They replaced our toilet with a modern one that flushes like "no tomorrow"!

We had our house for about a month,  the manager and his assistance were very professional at their work. The repair was unexpectedly fast and clean. It was a very pleasant experience to have them take care of our problems. thank you

The plumber arrived on time at exactly 9.30am. Worked quickly to resolve the issue with the shower and even fixed some additional issues that were not the reason for calling him out. All of this at no extra cost. Great and very friendly service.

After having repeated problems with my toilet i called this company on Friday am and they were very accommodating to come the evening. Plumber was very helpful he showed me the problems with my toilet and the costs or repair vs replacement. we decided it made more sense to replace. he did the work quickly, quietly and cleanly. he was very proffessional and helpful to me in understanding what was wrong and how much everything would cost to fix. i now have piece of mind that the job was done well and there wont be any more problems going forward.

The sewage pupm in the basement gave-up on Saturday night,so one of the toilets got plugged.I called this company and in less than hour technician was on site.In half an hour problem was solved.Great service and very professional(not to mention very friendly and funny). Thank You Guys, You made my day

Service guy was prompt, courteous, clean and very competent. it also was nice that he dissuaded me from an unnecessary service. What struck me most, however, was that he really stands by the quality of his work. it is uncommon, in my experience, to see such professionalism.

Very happy with their service. Fixed my leaking tank less hot water heater - had to order in a new part, kept us updated on the status of the part and took the time to contact the heater manufacturer to ensure that installation of the new part was done correctly. Would recommend!

This company was very dependable and had some great ideas. We knocked out of our existing brick to expand our window size and it has made our living room like 10x larger. We thank them for their hard work. We are very satisfied.

Very professional. Quote was reasonable. Electricians arrived on time, were courteous and polite, very hard working & were able to find ways to fish the wires that did not require large holes in our plaster and lathe walls. Best of all, they rough patched the holes AND cleaned up before they left - all in one day. Thank you!

This is the third time that we call this company. They always provided excellent, high quality service and affordable price. This time we needed to install a new range hood since we just purchased a new stove and new hood. They did a great job installing the new hood from unistalling the old one to installing the new one (including the electrical connections) to cleaning up the kitchen after a perfect service. I highly recommend them to anyone that may require an electrical service.

From beginning to end, the crew were nothing but first class. It was a dirty job, but the basement floor looked cleaner after they left then when they came in. I appreciated the was they blanketed the room like a doctor does to a patient prior to doing surgery, only exposing the dig area. Great communication, quality, performance and end result. Thanks.

I determined that my main drain needed repair and upgrading. I had three quotes done that all said that the same work was required but,varied significantly in price. This company, provided a very detailed quotation and took the time to explain everything in detail. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They ensured that my house was left as clean as they found it. They put plastic over everything. They left my lawn in perfect condition. The team took the time at each phase to show me exactly what was being done and why. The amount of time they said it would take was exactly what they required. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It's been several months since the last job was performed by this company. I actually had them in on two different occasions, repairing different sections of the drain. On both occasions, they did a marvelous job of excavating the floor, repairing the drainpipe, and replacing the floor, and cleaning up. They are so clean that after they are done, you wouldn't even know they had been there, except for the fact that the drain now works and the cement is still wet. They are pricey (don't get me wrong - they are price competitive with similar companies in the industry) and as good as they are, I probably wouldn't use them for small plumbing jobs. Nonetheless, for any jobs involving excavation, I don't think I would use anyone else. And they guarantee their work!

Called this company on short notice on a Saturday morning to unclog my main drain to the city sewer. They arrived quickly, explained everything required to performed the work. They put a camera down the drain to view the blockage and then snaked the drain to remove. In and out in 1 hr. No mess, just success.

We notice sewage water coming up the drain in our laundry room Sunday morning and called this company immediately. They were able to send a Service Technician to our house within a few hours and he was able to diagnose the situation and explain to us what needed to be done and provided contact names and phone numbers.

We were pleased the costs were significantly lower than estimates obtained from the competition. The whole job was completed by the end of the day following our call. We no longer have to worry about our house drain being blocked with tree roots. Our technician was exceptionally helpful and scoped the city drain for us to show us we need to get the city to clear that as well.
