This is a plain, straightforward and unpretentious little restaurant and all the better for it. The meals, Italian and Scottish, are well made and reasonably priced. Service is good and the atmosphere is light and airy.
Be prepared though; it shuts early. Don't come late if you don't want to be disappointed
Well, I ought to say at the outset that I haven’t been here for a few years but, as far as I know, it’s run by the same Italian family. This means that it will still be a friendly and cosy little cafe/restaurant and good value too with a lot of choice (Italian and British).
