I cannot praise the staff at this practice highly enough. From a warm welcome to a totally professional and caring attitude they are wonderful.
On many occasions we have called for advice and always received prompt and sympathetic answers to our questions.
My animal always receives an in-depth and hands on examination with every step being explained in detail to myself and my wife.
All problems are explained in easy to understand language with the vets number one priority being the welfare of the animal and his or her owners.
I have notice when being at the practice that all species and breeds of animal are treated as friends and cared for and handled in a gentle and affectionate manner.

We cannot speak highly enough about Cranbrook vets, they were so kind when our old dog had to be put to sleep. They came to our home so she did not have to go away and died in her own home, they were so understanding with us too as we were very upset at the time.
When we got our new puppy they gave her all the injections needed, and have just done a great job of spaying her, their prices are on the lover side of average.
The staff are kind and welcoming and know the name of the dog as soon as you go in.
Thank you Cranbrook L & D Moon

I am very lucky in life that I have found a Vet that I can trust. I have found that in Mr Vogt and his extraordinary team. You will never meet a team kinder or more compassionate than the team here. They have a wealth of advise and are obviously up to date with all things Veterinary. Because of them I have always had my pets insured and they are members of their exclusive VIP club, which means I don't have to worry about paying out for preventative care. I am covered for everything because they took the time to make sure I knew how to take care of my animal and provide the best care for them. I must say I feel rather special when I go in there and they tend to (to put it as politely as I can...) attract a more gentile client. (perhaps I am sounding a bit old now!) I really do hold them in deep affection, they are rather special people with great big bear sized hearts! I am getting older now (sad to say but it happens very quickly!) and it's nice to know I have them to help me when it comes to my pets. Great job.

I moved down to Exeter about 7 months ago from Uxbridge in Middlesex where I have lived most of my life, I had a lovely trustworthy Vet there and it has caused me many sleepless nights thinking about where I was going to take my Pets in Devon. We looked at a number of practices in the area and even registered with one. There was nothing particularly wrong with them but I think I just have very high expectations and they never really had that special something I was looking for. Then a neighbour told me about her experience at Cranbrook and I went along with her when she had took her cat for its boosters. Well...I was blown away, the atomosphere is warm and welcoming as soon as you come through the door. Everyone knows the clients and makes you feel special. Not just a number or just another pet or client. The Nurses and receptionists were kind and well spoken and the Veterinary care was superb and the advice given was current. I registered my pets straight away and have never looked back. I would never go anywhere else and would recommend Cranbrook (and do!) to everyone I meet! Anyone who is looking for something special, a practice that makes you feel as though you belong, with current medical advice and a family feel then I say Cranbrook Veterinary Centre is your practice.

Good goes to bad! We started to use this Vet Practice when we moved locally. We found them friendly and efficient to begin with.  We visited a number of times with various pets of ours and started to feel they were attempting to charge excessively by suggesting unnecessary and expensive exploratory diagnosis on one of our cats. We ended up working out the problem that our cat had ourselves which reduced the amount of stress he would have been put through should we have allowed the vet to pursue their recommendations.  We started to have reservations about continuing to use this practice. We had a few small problems and then the final straw was when we asked the practice for prescriptions to enable us to obtain flee treatments for our animals. We wanted the prescriptions because it is more economic to buy Advocate elsewhere and when my wife called in after chasing the practice a couple of times to get the prescriptions ready for collection she was then greeted at the reception with hostility being accused of not supporting the local vet, which reduced my wife to tears. This was done in front of other people waiting with their pets which made my wife feel extremely embarrassed and all she could do was turn and leave but did so without the prescriptions which we have now discovered that the cost of one covers all our pets with another vet where Cranbrook was going to charge for each pet. We have a number of different animals and have spent a lot of money with this practice and others in the past in other areas where we have lived and feel that when there is the opportunity of saving some money as I am sure most will agree then we should be allowed to do so. We are now using another Vet who we have found to be of a similar high standard and at a more reasonable cost as those we have previously experienced with the exception of this practice. We support all other local businesses but not this one now!

I have been using this practice for about a year now and wouldn't think of changing. They are so kind with my dogs and always a warm greeting, they are genuinely interested and obviously love animals. Best vet I have ever had.

Warm, friendly and helpful - the staff at Cranbrook really show that they are dedicated and compassionate people. We usually see “Chris” the vet who is an amazing man. My animals adore him and I do believe he adores them too. We previously saw Chris at his surgery at Polsloe but we have now been going out to Cranbrook because of the large car park which is much more convienient. Chris use to be a zoo vet. (there are pictures on the wall of him treating leopards etc so I have complete faith in him treating my moggy! Although she can be just as lethal sometimes I assure you)

Just like most people who are dedicated to their pets I can sometimes appear a little too crazy about them, but its lovely to go into a practice where they make just as much fuss over my animals as I do. When my cat was in to stay the nurses even picked up on her idiosyncrasies, which made me think she must have got a lot of care and attention for them to know her so well.

Beautiful practice! This is a branch of my normal practice (Polsloe Veterinary Clinic in Exeter) and having recently been to Cranbrook I was blown away by the state of the art veterinary equipment and of course the parking! (PLENTLY OF PARKING!!!) The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have seperate kennels for cats, dogs and exotics. (rats, birds etc) It’s great to know my animals have access to this treatment. (the lady I was with whispered, “its like ER!”)

Without a doubt the best practice in Exeter. They have been my Vets for little over a year now and each time I go there I am always greeted with a smile and welcomed like I am one of the family. The Vets there are great and thorough, they are truly wonderful and a credit to their profession.
