Travelodge Rugeley

This Travelodge is ideally situated on the main road in Rugeley and is adequate size for the town but the service is a bit hit and miss. The rooms are very standard, everything you would typically expect from a Travelodge but the decorations are a bit dated and could do with a revamp. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and when the deals are on, it can be very cheap. There is a car park next to it and a little chef/burger king. The town centre is only about a 5 minute walk. There is a Bus Station opposite so can be a bit noisy in the mornings if you get a room on the front of the hotel.

I think this hotel is ideally stuated near the town centre so there is always plenty to do, it has a little chef, burger king and petrol station on the same site but this never causes any disruption.
thw town centre offers cafes, resturants and pubs so there is always something to do when you stay here, its also only a few miles from cannock if you wanted more choice of shops and things to do but personally i think rugely has plenty to offer

I have stayed here a number of times now, as I have some family in the Rugeley area.

- Tea/coffee facilities in room
- Tv in room
- Ensuite facilities
- Breakfast brought to room (order and pay at reception)

I have found this a reasonably enjoyable place, you certainly get a goodnights sleep and you never hear anything from other guests.
The staff are friendly and happy to bring you extra blankets, pillows, and tea/coffee facilities if you need them!

I would recommend this Travelodge to anyone needing a place to stay for the night in the Rugeley area.
