After a long wait in a packed salon I was finally ushered to my chair Where the girl began to twist my hair. I was impressed with my new hair style NOT impressed with the waiting in a packed shop in sweltering heat. They could benefit from a proper appointment system also instead of raffle tickets. I will come back but hope to find great improvement

Great if you want a quick cheap fix but be careful. A wave is £25 but if you want your hair washed its another £5 How you can .fo hair without washing first l'll never know. No condition by the way. Bring all your own products. You pay when you enter then given a raffle ticket. Asked yo take a seat was led to believe one girl was doing my hair, eventually I was sorted out. My hair was done at such speed, all she kept talking about is where is her next client and how she needed to make more money. The whole feeling of the place is like a cattle shed. No customer service to think of. The Salon is packed and hot, if you want a drink you need to go out and get one. There set up could work well if customers knew what to expect and what's going on and then done in an organized way. Okay so I decided I want my hair washed the. Shunnted to the back of the Salon. Feet got trod on a few times. The hair did not last long and I would go back but I am now equipt
to handle the experience. Thank goodness it was over quickly

i used to like the salon because of the price(£25 for weave) until my last visit. it was a pregnant woman that did my hair, she ket going on about how she hates doing the style i wanted and how its the silly young girls that irritate her, she said a lot of things which were really rude and inappropriate to her colleague right in front of me. it rally spoiled my day and my perception of the salon and after a week of this, the hair started falling apart, she didn't do it well because she hated doing it and she was apparently being forced by the owner, she said. this was a really bad experience for me and i hope this is just a one-off thing because i sincerely had a good perception about the salon and if customers are treated like this, the salon wouldn't be in operation anymore.
