the food is always fab but the service is very poor.we asked for a highchair on four occasions before we finally got one and my friend had to sit through most of her meal with her baby on her knee whilst she was eating.
if this is the pizza hut in the city square then yer
THIS IS THE WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!
been loads of times but its gone down and down and down
first thing they messed up on was a simple task
we ordered a starter and a main , we ended up having no starter and the person who served me had the guts to ask me if she should still keep it on the bill , its like well you tell me why i should pay for something i not ate or not seen or not smell
then the next time i went i was pointed to my table and waited 20 mins for a menu and not even asked if i wanted a drink
we then gave this pizza hut another chance 1 year later , got sat next to the door that was always opening and closing with a cold air coming in and then we got our pizza , bit on the burnt side then it turns out when we nearly finish our pizza that they was turning people down to dine in the place because they had no more pizza dough
pizza place with no pizza dough O_O just what the hell i say
if you go to this pizza hut and have not a single problem you are lucky , i on the other hand will never go to this one ever again and will go to the corner house pizza hut which is only less than 5 min walk away from that one

This store has been a pizza place for as long as i can remember. Before it was pizza hut it was pizzaland. Its found next to Debenhams stores and adjacent to the Old Market Square. Its a very busy Pizza Hut that does all the latest offers and is very popular durring lunchtimes with shoppers and the all you can eat buffet. It is known for being busy and it alwasy runs out of pizza durring buffet times and you have to wait for them to stock up again. Staff are as you can expect too busy to talk to you.

This is pizza hut has two floors and can be quite busy at times. The last time i went it was understaffed and they was not that helpful. The pizza was a bit soggy and it was overpriced.

Pizza hut is the best place to go out and eat for Italian food with all the family. The pizzas are really nice and the range of paster is also nice and healthy at the same time. The food is always hot when it comes but sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for it but its worth it. The prices in there are also really resonable for what you get. I love the salad bar because you get a plate or a bowl and then just fill it with whatever you want, so there’s nothing in there that you don’t like and it’s always really fresh. The ice cream factories fun for the kids as well and you can go back as many times as you want for about £1.50. When you get a fizzy drink there also unlimited refills so there good value for money as well. It always busy though so it best to book a table before hand and the waiters always seem a bit rushed but they are always really friendly.

pizza hut is so nice. My kids love going especially the unlimted coke and trips to the ice cream factory they have just opened up there range on pasta’s, actually some of the stores have changed there name to pasta hut.i especially love going at lunch time whenits eat all you want for about a fiver(if you dont have salad). with free refills on coke all the time.

It’s what you would expect from Pizza Hut, mediocre pizzas at a reasonable price. I noticed that they have rebranded some of their restaurants as pasta hut, I believe this is a temporary marketing gimic and is an attempt at being edgy. It’s not really worked on me, but then again I don’t really rate Pizza Hut pizzas.
Although saying that, who can actually resist the buffet lunch if you’re in town during the week?! I know that I have been partial to a few slices to avoid more shopping with the Mrs!
If you’re after an authentic pizza then Pizza Hut is not for you, but then you already knew that, didn’t you?

Nice relaxing place to take the kids who enjoy the endless supply of ice cream and soft drinks. The pizzas are always enjoyable and filling and you’re often left taking some home.
The staff are friendly, although if I were to have one criticism it would be that the place can sometimes be a bit too busy at times and the staff seem to struggle to cope with the demands made on them. Once or twice we have been left trying to wave down our waitress in order to pay for our meals.
Hiring more staff during busy periods would undoubtedly solve this issue.

Way too overcrowded! Staff are rushed off thier feet and it can take an age to get a table, let alone be served. Also, the buffet isnt always filled up very quickly. Great if you like cheap dining, but not if you want quick dining!

This is one of my favourite places to eat, especially since they made it over. They are one of the few resturants being trialed as a pasta hut and the ravioli was delicous. They have an offer where you can have any individual pizza or pasta plus starter for £7.99 each also occasionally if you sign up to their website they do 50% off offers. I love the refill able drink option although sometimes its a little flat as they use that syrup with soda water stuff. Great for the kids with ther unlimited ice cream factory and for the romantics they do deserts for sharing :p In the week for lunch they do an all you can eat pizza and salad buffet too!
As its on market square you are a stones throw from the metro and a mins walk from the major bus stops and taxi ranks.
