We have been not getting enough hot water from our new hot water tank. We the called in this company to help us solve this dilema. They found that where the pipe enters underneath our floor was an invisible leak.The floor would get warm.So they then gave me a solution to re-route a new hot water line and bypass the old one.We now have all the hot water we need.These fellows were fantastic.Although the job was more expensive than I thought,they ran the new pipes in such a way as you could never tell that there was a plumbing repair.

This is an old house with a lead intake pipe. It was a huge job replacing the pipe as it involved digging through clay, but this company did this with minimum disruption and they were good with replacing sod, etc. They also unclogged a downspout drain at no charge. They were flexible with timing, which was appreciated.

Our bathroom floor was soaking wet and we discovered that the water in the toilet tank had emptied. We added water ourselves and it leaked once again. Serviceman took one look at the problem and fixed it immediately! Quick...painless...and easy!!

Technician came immediately after I placed the call. He was very thorough in assessing the issues that I was having with my hot water recirc line and a noisy check valve. He gave me a list of "fixes" that I should consider. He was calm and courteous. I am really glad I called!

My son in law who by the way is not a plumber but did his best to repair my toilet but to no avail,and still leaked. I found this company in this page and had a great experience.They fixed my toilet better than new.I think I will adopt the plumber as a son and have a in house plumber!! Thanks.

My kitchen faucet was dripping so I decided to replace it. This company managed to schedule an appointment for me on fairly short notice. Serviceman was very friendly and professional, and installed my new faucet quickly. Because the job went smoothly he even charged me less than the initial quote. When I mentioned that I was going on vacation he showed me how to adjust my hot water heater while I was away. Very happy with the level of service and will use them again when I need a plumber.

I had my kitchen light breakdown. I called and left a message and was called back shortly. Call person was very accommodating in arranging an appointment date/time. Service person met me on time, and removed the light fixture while replacing the one and adding another as requested. Excellent service. Explained every question and concerns. Look forward to using him and his co. in the future.

This company sent a plumber on time to my place to do a fairly small, but important (to me) job. The estimate and all the work was done in about two hours . The old faucets were in difficult to access areas and were replced with quality parts. Thank you .

The plumber provided excellent service beyond the required minimal service.He showed me the cause of the problem and we agreed upon the solution. Upon completion of the work he trimmed the carpet to fit the new toilet a job I was prepared to do myself. He has been, on this occasion as well as previous times a well informed and courteous individual whom I would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I've used this company, the first was at my old house. Because the first experience was so good, I called them when I had this problem. They are professional, timely, clean & tidy and guarantee all of their work. They work very hard to ensure the job is done as quickly as possible, including late on Friday and all day Saturday - in December!

Smith responded quickly, explained the problems clearly, suggested and implemented reasonable fixes, worked efficiently and charged very reasonable rates. He was extremely careful not to create a mess and he cleaned up very well afterwards. He is the best plumber I have dealt with in 40 years. I will definitely call him again for future projects.
