Surprisingly small and in need of updating. The facilities are very small, esp the loo. Not a good experience in any way, I will not be returning

Please dont expect too much. I know the other reviews look great but I found this a big disappointment.
It is hard too express how poor my experience here was without offending anyone but I would never recommend this to anybody.
I know one review says they are i the middle of a refurb but i went several weeks after that review and it still looks a mess.
Not at all relaxing

I loved my float! Incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. It’s a lovely small business with friendly staff who explain everything to you and then leave you in your own private room. I was especially impressed because I has booked the my flotation in the last available time, so it officially ended at 10pm. However, by the time I was showered (free and very good products here!), dressed and had a cup of herbal tea and a chat with the staff, it was at least 10:30… yet I never felt that they were rushing me out. It’s little things like this that make a real difference in the quality of your experience. Recommended!

Amazing place. Very friendly staff who put you at ease if you've never had a floatation. After a shower in your private room you enter the actual floatation room which plays soothing music for 15 minutes. Switch the light off and relax. It took me about 10 minutes to fully relax then wow. Not only does your body float your mind does. This is the most amazing relaxing treatment I have ever had.
When your hour is up music comes back on and you shower and dress. Hairdryer is provided along with towels etc.
All in all excellent and highly recommended

This is a lovely place with friendly, helpful and interested staff. Facilities are clean and well looked after and everything feels homely and a pleasantly homespun. They are in the middle of some refurbishments so it's a little bit of a mess with unfinished surfaces around but once that's done, it will be fantastic. I highly recommend the floating experience to the uninitiated (like me, until today); it's deeply relaxing and great for winding down after a stressful week.

Amazing place! If you’ve never been for a float you have to try one here, where you get your own floatation tank rather than a small pod.

You leave feeling wonderfully relaxed and clearminded, which in my book makes it worth every penny!

After your float you can sip on a herbal tea (complimentary) in the chair swings in the garden, until you feel ready to brace the high road again!
