Love it love it love it

food was nice but slow service and a few orders were wrong and we received a bad attitude from our waiter when we complained

Went to Frankie and Benny’s Today as the last place to go, as Pizza hut was really busy with ques going out of the front door and the same with Mcdonalds. I herd a bad review from my partner about Frankie and Bennys but dispite that we decided to go there. We waited 3 mins to be shown to our seats as the poor waitress was ran of her feet, We were then seated, we had two, two course lunch meal deals, both had loaded skins and then my partner had a calazoni which looked really tasty, and I had the battered cod and chips. I am glad and very happy to say that this was a wonderful meal, and it set my partners mind at rest about the bad experience he had there 10 years ago. I would gladly go back to Frankie and Bennys again. the waitress service was good, they didnt pester you during your dinner, the portions were huge and the pot of tea was also tasty, not like some pots of tea you can get. I was pleased to see that there were children there but they were well behaved which is nice to see these during this time and age, where some children run wild in restruants.

It can be busy at the weekends meaning slow service but the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the restaurant is a pleasant place to be. I would highly recommend to anyone with a young family.

i do enjoy going here. it is in the middle of the retail park, so it can be very busy day or night as a lot of the customers from the cinema go here too. i love the food, always fresh and very tasty, they have a good selection for the kids and they get an activity pack, which is better that any other restaurant i’ve been too. the music is fab and there is a great atmosphere, there is a strong italian theme throughout everything. i do find it a tad expensive, so i prefer to go before 5pm when it is much cheaper, but the quality does not suffer. the only thing that puts me off going here is the service at this particular branch. however it is not so but that i wont go back, the tasty food far outways the poor service.

freindly staff good food what more can you ask for

As family eating in Falkirk goes, this is pretty good. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere isn’t childish but they service for kids is great - balloons, fun packs, kids meals and soft drinks which seem grown up. Yes, its a chain and they’re all much of a muchness but Falkirk is one of the better branches I’ve eat at.

I recommend the pizza!

i think frankie and bennys on the whole are not very good but this is def not one of the best, over priced and just not that good!

Very overrated and overpriced. I would say the good things though are the decor, music, location and ambience.

Great food but can be expensive. A lot of thought has gone into the restaurant appearance which adds to the atmosphere. A definite must but dine during the day or which special offers to bring down the price.

delicious food, love the music, has a good atmosphere. i prefer to go at lunch time when the prices are lower, yet great value for money.
