Really impressed with the service received. Booked my appointment online, turned up at their office and my iPhone back cover was fixed and the phone was returned to me as new within 5 mins! Couldn't have been easier, I would definitely recommend these guys!

I had been a happy customer until today! They fixed my iPad but a crack appeared as soon as I took off the plastic cover that comes on the new screen. I called in and sure enough they gave me an appointment to come in the check it out but then they denied to hear me out citing the manager's absence which really left me dumbfounded as I had called in before trekking down all the way! I was then told to wait an hour for the manager to return like I had time to waste! I tried to explain my situation to the technician available but although he says he believes me he refused to do anything about it!

I'm very disappointed and disgusted with such customer service. I've basically just wasted money and now need to find a more reliable service. I guess you get what you pay for as did the other complaining fellow customers I met in the shop when I went in to state my case!!!

Very impressed by the service. Was skeptical that a replacement screen would be as good as original - it is, and I really can see no difference. While you wait service very prompt and friendly.

Absolutely excellent service - spread the word and tell everyone you know. The very professional and reliable technicians fixed the front and back of my I-phone 4S within 30 minutes and the repair is flawless. I've had no issues since the repair (which is guaranteed for a year) - really good value for money.
