RIP OFF; POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEWARE!

I purchased a hairpiece from Pauls Hair World’s website back in july, 2011. They emailed me it was out of stock and they’d let me know when it became available again. I IMMEDIATELY notified them that I wanted to cancel the transaction; I didn’t want to wait until it came in. Two weeks later, I received it anyway, and it didn’t match.

I called (overseas!) and emailed them that they were supposed to CANCEL my order. They acted like they’d never gotten the message and said if I wanted a refund, I had to ship it back (at my expense), which I did. Over a month later & still no refund, so I contacted them and they said they hadn’t received it yet. Two months later and they said the same thing, so I sent them shipping/ tracking info. They finally got back to me and said they don’t have to refund me bc I didn’t request a signature and have no “proof” they rec’d it. So I’m out $200 plus $28 shipping and they don’t care! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIEVES/LIARS!

There the worst hair shop in the world .
I asked for top quality remy human hair .
When I took it to the hair dressers to have it fitted she said she thought it was fake . I told her it couldn't be as I had bought it from here and it cost me £125 for half a head of nail tip pre bonded .
After 2 days the melted and matted . they where actually synthetic and After complaining I was told there was nothing they would do as I already had them in .

RUINED MY HAIR COST ME £330 ALL IN ALL FOR 3 DAYS OF CRAP HAIR .
THEY ARE CON ARTISTS SIMPLE .

pauls hair world is AMAZIIIIIIIIING!!!!!! by far the best hair extension shop i have been to!!!! ive been wearing extensions for about 8 years now and i swear by them i wear them everyday ive tried loadz and loadzzzzzz of extensions places online and shops ma friend told me to visit pauls in manchester and the place sells EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the staff r very helpful and match my hair colour perfectly every time ive been thanks girls hehe!!! advice for anyone wearing extensions... ive got three words PAULS HAIR WORLD!!!!!!! thanks pauls Xxxxxxxxxx mwah XXXXXXX

Pauls Hair World on Oldham Street is the best place to go to buy anything for hair care. It mainly caters for afro-carribean hair and sells products at really great prices, much cheaper that anywhere else. You can buy professional products aswell which unless you are a trader are hard to come by. The staff are helpful and will give you good advice.
They sell hair extensions, bleach, hairdye (mainly for afro hair) and specialist hair treatments.
If you are a DIYer then this is the place to go as they have all the tools you will need at very cheap prices. Well worth a look. Recommended.

Great big fake & natural hair extension/ wig shop on Oldham Street, they also sell lots of hair accessories, shampoos, deep conditioners, make up, straightening lotion, perming lotion, hair dye, hair nets & bandanas. The staff are really helpful and know the products, a great variety of people shop here, goths, punks, trandies, scallies, hairdressers- there really is something for everyone… even Black & White pomade for loads cheaper than High Street Chemist prices!
