Hello Katherine, We are a little puzzled about this review. First we have no record on our system of a Katherine coming in for a massage so if you want to contact us we can sort this out. We always honour Benessere vouchers no matter when purchased so again this puzzles us. We occasionally send promotion vouchers to our clients or posted on our Facebook page, these do usually have an expiry date.
It is not good practice to chat to clients while they are having a massage treatment, we play relaxing background music in our treatment rooms to help clients to totally relax, enjoy the experience and often fall asleep.
We take every review seriously, I am really sorry it has taken us so long to come across this post but if you would like to contact us we can discuss your previous disappointing experience and we are happy to offer you a complimentary treatment of your choice.
