I’ve only used the bar in this hotel and have found that it is overpriced for no good reason.
The food, service, decor etc was nothing special.
This bar can be bettered in every way by any number of bars in Belfast. Yes, it has a near-city centre setting but so do a whole list of hotels.
I can’t see any excuse for the high prices.

central and accessible - although quite pricey!

Id say the best thing about this hotel is the location right in Belfast. The rooms are nice but there are nicer hotels. The food is fantasic tho and the bar has a good atmosphere a good place to start a night out and they do drink promotions but not always too pricey.

Nice hotel.one of thebest hiltons I have stayed in.
Premier rooms brilliant, roomy and lovely comfy big bed.
Sometimes see a few celebs about too.
Breakfast is brilliant, no need for lunch after one of these breakfasts. Not tried dinner here for years so not sure what its like now.
Great location, handy to all things in city centre, lovely views, get better the higher your room is.
Only downside is having to pay for parking at multi store next door, although you do get a discount.

Great hotel that you’d expect from a Hilton with a prime location and similarly the service is superb.
Really cosy bar area that serves great cocktails - perfect to set you off for the night.
I haven’t eaten here but have heard great reports. Somewhere for visitors to stay for a more upmarket option than other hotels.

At first glance the belfast hilton hotel is just like any other it screams sophistication and entices potential customers with its great location and fanatstic amenities such as the restraunts extremely varied menu. But just as soon as you hand your money over its a different story customer service is virtually non existant it took me allmost 45 minutes of phoning reception before i even got a answer! and when i did finally get through i was greeted by a rather arrogant man who told me “sorry about the delay the phone line was unplugged” when i complained. Now for any other hotel i really wouldint mind about this inconvenience but when your paying an insane amount of money for one of the “best” hotels i think its only fair to expect that they can afford to adequatly maintain their phones after all how hard is it to plug a phone line back in?

Great hotel, good location. We stayed in one of the new modernised suites and they looked fantastic, so stylish and great views over Belfast. Only downside: No free parking, but you do get a small discount for the multi-storey car park next door.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Handy to Belfast city centre. Hotel always clean and rooms are good.
The food is generally of a good standard in both the restaurant and the bar.
Parking is adjacent but it must be said that the multistorey is a bit of a squeeze.
You could stay in a lot worse and can get good room rates.
Waterfont Hall, River Lagan, Victoria Square are all nearby.
Area around hotel is clean.
Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Waiting staff are not as good as those at reception. But overall it is a good place to stay.

Gorgeous hotel, have stayed here twice now. Right next to the River and the Waterfront hall, 2 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the Odyssey - ideal if you going to a show.
Impressive reception and Beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated and great views. Also has an executive lounge for the “premier” guests. Amazingly delicious cocktails served in the bar downstairs and good choice of food to choose from.

Never been in this hotel, but have been outside it hoping to see some of the WWE superstars, as this is the hotel they USUALLY stay at when doing a show in Belfast.

situated almost next to the waterfront hall, this is possibly one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in. really convenient for the city centre & the local train station
super king sized bed
large plasma tv
excellent bathroom
top quality breakfast (best organic vanilla yoghurt ever)
same top quality with evening meal
we took up a special offer hilton were offering for a weekend break for 2 inc breakfast & 1 evening meal
got carried away on charging drinks to the room, didn’t allow for the bar prices to reflect the top quality of the hotel
& the fight which spilled out of the wedding being held upstairs on the saturday night made for good entertainment
as one local told us, “you can’t have an irish wedding without a fight”
staff at the hotel dealt with the situation with 100% professionalism & discression
