Having been a regularly megabus customer for well over 3 years now. All I can to people is if you want to get from A to B with barely any hassle, then this is the way to do it. The coaches are fairly comfortable and the staff barely cause a fuss, they get on and drive, basically they do their job. Coaches can sometimes be late due to traffic problems but as my friend below failed to mention, so can national express. Megabus have always delivered me the service I require, get from A to B with barely any fuss and cheap as chips prices. All the staff I have encountered are friendly and easily approachable.

They may be cheap, but pay the extra and use National Express. Megabus are awful...I travelled from London to Plymouth with them recently and the driver got is lost in London (we ended up in Blackfriars somehow) and we were 90 mins late. Om the way back the coach was late and had to change coaches in exeter onto a coach with a leaking toilet. Rude drivers, appaling service. Thisis one of many bad experiences...don't use megabus, they aren't mega at all.
