So, this is my experience, and I am not a happy camper!

This is a subsidary of Carphone Warehouse. I ordered an android phone with a contract but got cold feet and cancelled the order around 13 hours later.

In March, 2 months after the cancellation I received a demand for two months of fees. I went to the T Mobile shop (contract and got them to phone HQ to try to sort it out. I was told to contact the seller.
So I both emailed and phoned Saverpoint. 

Later I got a demand from a collection agency whom I emailed at the address on the letter to explain I had never seen the phone, I had twice disputed the debt and any action against me would be illegal. However, i received another demand which I again responded to.

To cut a long story short I received two letters from the solicitors of the collection agency. To the first, I replied in writing, to the second I telephoned and was told to leave message, I did so.

As yet I have heard nothing further but am nervous of opening my door in case the caller is a bailiff. I'm glad I'm a para legal and know my rights! Ii also have a soppy dog who sounds ferocious.
