I was looking for the phone number online, saw these reviews and felt I had to say something as I couldn't disagree more with the people below. I've been going to the salon since it opened and I've never met a friendlier, more welcoming team of people. The prices are always reasonable and I've never had a cut or color that I haven't loved. Couldn't recommend Raw enough!

I agree with the person below...I got 'conned' into thinking it would be a good salon because of the decor and because it was expensive, but I was very disappointed. Didn't like the cut - cut in far too many layers into my thin hair so it's now really flat :( and the highlights aren't great either. When i tried to explain i didnt like the cut, the girl was really cocky and basically Pushed me into agreeing that actually it was nice. I went straight to another salon nearby and got it fixed. Ended up costing me twice as much. Won't be going there again and def wouldn't recommend

If there was an option for half a star then this is what I would of given this salon. On entering I thought the styling and decor was quite nice and this would count for the half star rating. For the service and hairdressing I was very disappointed. I wasnt happy with my colour service and the finish on my haircut wasn't what I had asked for. Staff we not overly helpful or friendly and this is something I like when I have my hair done. Overall experience was a bad one!!

Stylish and expert hairdressers bring together a brilliant experience. The décor of this Orpington based hairdressers combines the modern day with traditional twists and feels really up market. The prices here can be expensive but there are plenty of offers and deals to bring in new and existing customers time and time again. They use cutting edge techniques and top quality products. I will return to Raw again and it may become my permanent hairdressers.
