Hi, is it possible you have the mattress upside down? The mattress is made of a firm base layer and a top memory foam layer… The mattresses aren’t really firm, so it sounds like maybe you could be lying on the base?

the matilda bed frame is awesome! looks perfect in my tiny apartment. ultra modern, no particle/low quality wood. really stands out and gives the room an extra touch that makes it seem not like a rental and more like a home

nice cotton sheets! i bought the cotton sheets as a whim with my memory foam mattress at check out and i love them! my memory foam mattress is nice too but honestly i can't believe how soft the sheets were and how cheap they were! altogether i spent about $450 for a new mattress and linen set. unbelievable!

perfect. finally the right mattress! I have lower back pain and the memory foam mattress from zen bedrooms is the only one that is supportive enough for me. everything else is painful! I'm a back sleeper by the way

slow delivery but worth the wait. I ordered teh luxury 8" memory foam and it took about 4 weeks to arrive at my house. the wait was long and i was really irritated, especially by the lack of communication by the company, but i received my mattress in the end and it really was spectacular. I am loving it and can't imagine sleeping without it

what a good deal...two pillows and a comforter for VERY cheap. I place my order on Friday of last week and received it yesterday. I slept SO well! Much warmer than my old comforter. So glad I sprung for the winter comforter...my winter is definitely going to be a lot cozier from now on

the feather down pillows are amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing! i hope they last forever because i can't imagine sleeping without them! not too soft, not too firm, well stitched - no stray feathers or down. veery happy with my purchase.

beautiful sheets! I bought white ones that have whispy flowers on them. very "zen" like cotton bed linen. The quality was really good and the sheets have been getting softer and more cuddly after each wash. looooove them!

the cotton towels are great. quite expensive but if you manage to buy them around a sale you should find yourself with quite a bargain. i chose the rose coloured set which were much more vibrant and beautiful in person. the delivery was quick and arrived after 3 days of placing my order

the feather down pillows are amazing! not sure why this company specializes in memory foam...the feather down pillows are phenomenal! maybe they should consider cornering that market instead ;) much better than any hotel pillow I have ever slept on, and that includes some of the expensive 5 star hotels I've stayed in

ooo if you only knew how comfy my bed was right now! I am writing from atop my memory foam mattress from zen bedrooms, perched on my feather down pillows. their products are simply to die for! very luxurious and top quality. i only didnt like the memory foam pillow I ordered but that is because i like a super soft pillow. nothing beats feather down :) thank you zen!

seriously the best mattress I have ever had the pleasure to sleep on. I am so glad I jumped on the living social deal. My husband and I have been sleeping better than we had on our past latex mattress, which was far to stiff. THis is the perfect amount of support and softness, so I can sleep like on a pillow but wake up with a straight back

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! the best night's sleep I've ever had! The memory foam mattress is a miracle for my scoliosis pain. Much better support than any mattress I have ever slept on.

great sheets taht are super soft. the 100% egyptian cotton linen sheets were a steal. also the colour was a nice bright white which as opposed to dingy, or off-white, which is really unappealing. a steal at the price they are selling them for

amaaaaazing memory foam pillows. i always loved my feather down pillow from Ikea but this one is way better. I never thought of memory foam for a pillow! it seems too stiff but actually its perfect for my neck. i think my neck pain has actually been from TOO soft pillows. didnt realize that til now haha. my neck and shoulders are thanking me for finding out!

my topper came in the wrong size originally but the company was really nice and arranged for the mistaken topper to be picked up and the new one to be dropped off at my apartment. all was handled promptly and professionally.
the product itself is actually really nice! it has definitely made a difference on the bed my landlord provided. much more support and i like how it feels (kind of stiff the first day but by the end of the week i was sleeping better than ever). i ordered the memory foam topper by the way

definitely a good deal! i bought a memory foam mattress from this company after a living social deal back in october. its been a dream to sleep on...great for my post-surgery back which has been aching since last summer. I haven't found the mattress too hot at all but maybe this is because it is winter right now? either way I'm sure a lighter comforter will fix the problem if i find it too hot come summer

Notice their isn't any any bad reviews on their Facebook page or their website it's because they immediately delete any bad review. Personally I think this bed sucks and I will never buy a mattress again without laying on it first. The mattress is very firm and my back is now stiff every morning. This bed is absolutely not worth the $1700 it says. It is worth like $50 and they still make their profit with their deals on groupon and living social all the time. I have recently laid on memory foam mattresses at mattress stores near my house and the quality of the mattress in the store are amazing compared to zen bedrooms cheaply made mattresses. Worst purchase ever! And impossible to return! This company is a scam. I wish I could give it 0 stars but it won't let me.

i like the cotton bed linen but at first htey were itchy and uncomfortable. not very soft. after a few washes though they were like egyptian cotton!

a worthy replacement of my favorite feather down pillows! i've had my recent pillows for 11 years!!! 11 years and then the cat pissed on them ruining my favorite pillows :( I've bought two from Zen Bedrooms as a replacement and they are almost better than my originals! I'm very happy, though sad to lose the originals
