Couldn't get hold of any when they went on sale, but managed to get find from them in Block 101- literally next to the stage.
I booked online - it's a really clear and easy to navigate site - and then phoned them so I could come and collect the tickets, as I work round the corner (and save myself some postage!)
Staff were friendly, and got my postage refunded on my card in front of me.
You can trust them to get the best tickets, and some times there are some genuine discounts when it gets close to the event.
Would recommend to anyone
