Offensive content?

Review of The Funky Fairy from 30 September 2012

0 stars. Despite it being a lovely baby shop, absolutley awful customer service, children were not allowed to touch anything and we were frowned upon and rushed into buying something without really being allowed to open and check the goods before we leave. (as we come from somewhere an hour away and didn't want to return goods if faulty!)

Review of The Funky Fairy from 16 July 2012

I had my first dealings today with The Funky Fairy. We passed by the store last week. Our friends recently have had a little man join their family and he is need of some cool stuff. His dad is in a band and we thought it would be sweet if his son was their littlest groupie.

So I emailed The Funky Fairy this morning, within half an hour I had Rob on the phone asking me about my inquiry. He was so helpful, I was beyond impressed. I emailed him the logo I wanted to use and after a couple of calls, it will be ready for me instore on Wednesday!

They are doing a mock stich first to ensure I am happy with what they have done before they do the real thing.

The quality of service I have received is amazing, thank you so much. Look forward to seeing you Wednesday.
