My bug-killer tech Jonathan arrived promptly at the appointment time. He asked me some questions, told me the plan, and went about his business. He removed his shoes and walked around in socks to not dirty my house. He did a wonderful job.

What made me chose this company over others is their method of spraying and the fact that the founders actually do have science degrees to back up their practice. Coming from the science field myself, I have more respect for their business and consistent customer service.

Our technician, Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and an all around great guy. He helped calm our nerves and thoroughly inspected our house and instilled preventative measures to help ensure that little critters stay out. I'd highly recommend this company and specifically Jon for great customer service.
