Like the last reviewer, if zero stars was an option, I would give zero stars.
I booked a taxi to take me and 3 of my friends home from my birthday night out. Firstly the taxi was 15 minutes late and we had to walk 10 minutes to find him even though when we got in the taxi, the correct address was on his sat nav so no idea why he didn't turn up at the correct place. Then he had no idea the Blackwall tunnel was closed so we had to drive around for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a journey that should have been 40 minutes max. At one point he told us we might have to leave and the journey would be way more expensive. Not what I wanted on my birthday. As we had already paid for the taxi there was no way to get our money back. 
The worst thing is that I have contacted Pinnacle about this problem by phone and email twice and a week later I have heard nothing back from them.  They have replied to the previous reviewer saying they want to sort it out but in my case when I have given them the option to they have done NOTHING. Their service is appalling and although they are reasonably cheap, I would rather pay a bit more and not have a stressful, hour longer than it needs to be taxi journey from a company whose customer service is non existant. DO NOT USE.
It is clear that the previous reviews are probably all from Pinnacle cars themselves

I would give it zero if there was an option to.

During our journey from central London to Stansted, I requested him to pick my friend up from A at 3:00am before picking me up at B at 3:15am. Driver turned up at my place at 2:45am. I went downstairs at 3:15am and was charged £2 per 10 minute wait when he was supposed to pick up my friend first.

Driver drove recklessly, often braking abruptly during speed camera zones (which were NUMEROUS). Halfway during the journey, he requested me to talk to him as he was FALLING ASLEEP. What is this? Do i have an obligation to stay awake to talk to the driver? He was putting our lives at risk: driving at excessive speeds + abrupt braking + struggling to stay awake. 

The journey back from Stanstead to London was much worse. He parked at the short-stay carpark and incurred a £40 car park charge for 2 hours (my flight was delayed, the company knew of the delay as flight number was given). We were EXPECTED to pay the £40 ON TOP of the car hire charges. We reluctantly agreed to pay half as we were massively afraid he would drive recklessly (again) because of the car park charges. 

Please. Do yourselves a favour and do not hire from this car company.
