I don't give 5 stars lightly, and this has got to be one of the best letting agents for both landlord and tenant.  It may not very good for the surrounding neighbours, but you can't fault them for ignoring any problems caused by the tenants.

Landlords: This is a really cheap letting agent, they offer deals, discounts.  They have approx. 80 properties on their books so they are really keen to do business.

Tenants:  Upset your neighbours galore.  Let your landlord allow you to break any rules affecting the property.  Not too sure about grade II listed, you'll have to check.

Neighbours: Don't even bother with solicitor letters, they'll be ignored.  Don't waste your time complaining directly to the landlord or this agent, they'll be ignored.

So it is a perfect setup for both landlord and tenant.

The police won't ignore you, but don't bother telling the landlord or this agent.  You guessed it....It will be ignored.

Don't waste your time with other agents, get to this one right away.  They need your business.

The owner is a fine chap, he can't type too well, but who can these days.  DON'T DELAY.
